Cosy room , clean and nicely decorated.
Having to go outside to get in/out the pub. We were going to have breakfast in the pub as has to get out the room by 11 but the pub didn’t open till 12 a bit strange.

The room was hard to get to, as the stairs are very steep. The hotel is above a pub and set in a beautiful little village. The staff were very friendly.

Clean and comfortable.
Bathroom needs privacy glass or a blind. Best not to use the toilet if anyone is in the car park as they have a clear view, especially at night. Car headlights shine directly into the bathroom through the thin white netting.
Shower was weak and ran hot and cold.
Wi-fi didn't reach up to the room.

Excellent location for an early morning flight from Bristol. Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable bed.
We had a very early flight and had to leave the pub at 0330 so we're trying to sleep from 2100 and found the curtains did not block out the light from the pub exterior and car parking which made sleeping difficult at that time!

Nice pub in a quiet location. Very friendly staff, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Tea, coffee, breakfast cereals all provided in room which was very handy as we were leaving at 3.30am. Great location for Bristol Airport.

No dressing table. No curtains or blind at bathroom window. Carpets could do with replacing. Shower didn't drain away

Very welcoming and the room is really cosy.
Loved the breakfast which was put into our rooms so we could have something to eat before we left for a very early flight.

Excellent food from the pub and a very good breakfast was available to purchase.
Cereals and breakfast bars were provided with juice and bottled water in the room.
The only negative was the milk in our fridge was off to the point it was fully curdled. So it was a lot older than the previous day. However, a free coffee was provided in the bar to supplement this.

Location is handy for the airport as I had an early flight.
WiFi didn’t work in the room, I asked for a receipt for my meal and still haven’t had one emailed to me. Shower was ok.

Room was great with cold breakfast choice in the room for the morning, staff, pub downstairs was good and the evening meal of pork was fantastic
Unfortunate they forgot shampoo and shower gel on the bathroom I only noticed getting ready at 6 in the morning. WiFi doesn't work in the room
