The location is very good. Northern Tuscany is easy to reach, but the apartment is showing its age. Price-performance ratio was good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment is spacious and reasonably well-equipped. With the sofa bed in the living room it is easily a three bedroom apartment. The decor and some of the furniture is a little tired but you have everything that you need in the way of kitchen equipment, sheets and towels. However, there was a lack of wardrobe space in the bedroom, with just one small hanging rail for our clothes (although plentiful drawer space) and no real usable wardrobe space in the small bedroom. We spent whole days just lounging on the huge terrace, which is in the sun all day. The location is great for walking into the main part of Viareggio; Lido di Camaiore is just a couple of minutes walk away and the pine forest is also very close. Parking is a bit tight with no guaranteed space and on weekends day visitors will quickly fill up any vacant space. However, there is ample parking in the car parks opposite and a free car park just a few minutes walk away behind the apartment. We read some reviews that the view and traffic noise were a problem for some guests. Yes, the view is a little obscured by the building in front but we didn’t think it was a problem. Yes, there is traffic noise. The apartment block is on the main road of Viareggio but having stayed in three hotels along the promenade in previous years they all are on the same road - even the five star hotel - so no accommodation on the front at Viareggio is immune to traffic noise. We loved the easy access to the lovely beach clubs; the short walk into Lido di Camaiore for shopping or a coffee; the short walk to our favourite bar in Viareggio for aperitivi and strolling in the cool pine woods. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would also seriously consider returning for another visit.

Von Anfang an hat alles super geklappt. Übergabe super, bei Fragen wurde immer gleich geantwortet. Lage und Wohnung ein Traum. Die sehr grosse Terrasse ….wahnsinnig toll. In der Küche fehlt es an gar nichts. Das grosse Bett, perfekt für grössere Mensch. Vielen Dank für alles, es war ein super Aufenthalt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hallo alle Interessenten Von der Buchung bis zur Ankunft alles super ,organisiert ! Die Ferienwohnung ist der Hammer ,wurde sauber und pünktlich übergeben. Wir haben unsere Freien Tage in vollen Zügen genossen .Die Lage ist Zentral und die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer traumhaft. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech unser Seitenscheibe wurde eingeschlagen und einige Sachen entwendet aber !!! Die Agentur sowie die Eigentümer und die Bewohner haben uns mit viel Arrangement geholfen, so das wir nach dem kurzen Schreck unseren Urlaub weiter genießen konnten . Aus unserer Sicht jederzeit wieder !!! und empfehlenswert !!!

Goed ontvangen.schriftelijke begeleiding was prima en duidelijk.Alleen het verkeer was hinderlijk.

Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Sehr freundliche Leute vor Ort und am Telephon. Die Lage ist einmalig die Terrasse einzigartig. Alles bestens und nur zu empfehlen.

Terrazza vista mare meravigliosa, casa freschissima e proprietari estremamente gentili e disponibili (si è rotta la lavatrice e ne hanno ordinata e fatta arrivare una nuova in 24 ore, in pieno agosto: fantastico), posizione perfetta. L'unica pecca, purtroppo non di poco conto al tempo del Covid, la pulizia (che abbiamo pagato 50 euro, come da contratto, sì, ma senza nessuna ricevuta: e non essendo inclusa nel prezzo di VRBO a nostro avviso ci voleva): al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato uno struccante viso altrui in bagno, la carta igienica aperta, il wc senza fascia post ingienizzazione, alcuni peli nella doccia, oltre all'armadio in camera matrimoniale pieno dei vestiti e delle cose, immaginiamo, dei proprietari. In cucina c'erano ancora le vecchie spugne per lavare i piatti dei precedenti turisti; l'olio d'oliva aperto, il caffè idem. Abbiamo provveduto a lavare pulire tutto nuovamente...Ma la vista vale la fatica. E ribadisco, proprietari gentilissimi e ultra disponibili: il nostro giudizio, al netto delle pulizie, è pienamente positivo. Ma la casa va sanificata, mi raccomando...meglio!
