Please contact me for more information or to see a video of the condo. The Condo is located on Miami's sandy beach plus it has a downtown Miami view. Marble floors, exotic granite in kitchen and bathrooms, top end appliances, wine cooler, rainfall showers, Jacuzzi, 70-inch LCD TV (1) in the living room, 50-inch LCD TV (1) bedroom, washer and dryer and more....There is also a contract from us to be signed besides the one with home away. Failure to sign our contract will not guarantee your booking at the condo License: STR-00601 Keywords: Beach Condo

Overall a good stay, great location and a phenomenal view, very nice wrap-around deck with ocean and downtown views. And very nice to have two bed / 2 bath with Queen bed in each room, seems hard to find a property down there for two adult couples. I appreciated the owner allowing us to self-park our vehicle, it is normally valet parking and it can get really busy. The one thing that still sticks out to me is the paperwork to finalize the stay - after paying for it, you sign a contract with the owner. And then each person / couple has to go through a financial background check and be approved to stay there. And after that, another contract with the property itself. Maybe that is normal for the area, but it really seemed too invasive for a one week stay.

Can't say enough about our 3 week stay at La Perla. Accomodations were great - modern / large tvs / every appliance you can think of / Lacoste and Tommy Hillfinger towels and linens. And location is superb - on the beach at the Newport Pier / Beach Bar Restaurant. 31st Floor wrap around view cannot be beat.
Most of all, Melinda was a pleasure to work with. Responsive and professional. Thank you to her! Even the front desk staff and valet were extremely accomodating. We will be back :)

Can't say enough about our 3 week stay at La Perla. Accomodations were great - modern / large tvs / every appliance you can think of / Lacoste and Tommy Hillfinger towels and linens. And location is superb - on the beach at the Newport Pier / Beach Bar Restaurant. 31st Floor wrap around view cannot be beat.
Most of all, Melinda was a pleasure to work with. Responsive and professional. Thank you to her! Even the front desk staff and valet were extremely accomodating. We will be back :)

From the moment you walk into this unit you have breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the city on the other. The floor to ceiling windows really make a difference. The property is beautiful with comfortable beds; however the second bathroom could use some repairs. Also, as a suggestion to the owner some lounging chairs would be wonderful to have on the balcony to just enjoy the breathtaking view. The staff was top notch with valet available 24/7 at no extra fee. The beach service was a nice touch . You get comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella at no extra cost to you. The unit is in prime location in La Perla building next to the pier. Manny was responsive when we needed him for any questions.
We recommend this place and would stay here again.

I'd give this place six stars if that were possible. My family (2 adults and 2 kids) were thrilled to discover this spacious rental that is more impressive than any review can capture.When you first walk in, the sweeping view of the Atlantic ocean through the high windows will knock your socks off. Step out onto the balcony and you won't believe your luck: you are unbelievably right on the ocean. Once you've finished gaping at sky and beach, you'll be just as awed by what's inside. Gorgeous kitchen and appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, sparkling bathrooms, three smart TVs, The indoor dining table seats 6, and the couch is comfy too.
The owner seems to have a sixth sense about how to make you feel at home and relaxed.

The condo is located on the beach and while we were there it was never too crowded but still plenty of interesting and new people to meet. The staff is top notch, very friendly and always available. Valet is 24/7 although I think we only used it once its still a very nice touch. Manny is great and had the place ready for us even though we showed up five hours before we said we would arrive. If you are looking to stay in Miami then there is no need to look any further because you have already stumbled upon the best. Thanks again Manny!
