Located just 400m from the beach, this spacious two storey townhouse is ideal for a family holiday -(with or without kids,) a business trip or couples getaway. Close to restaurants, cafes, parks, walks, playgrounds and the beach, there is something for everyone to do. Located downstairs is a king size bedroom, easy access bathroom, modern renovated kitchen, dining and living areas. Choose between lighting the cosy wood fire or the convenience of reverse air conditioning. The queen size room upstairs has a mountain view and the twin single room overlooks the tree tops. Both the main bedrooms have wall mounted TV's and DVD players. The super comfy beds are made up with high quality linen and there are soft fluffy towels on the towel warmer in the bathroom. Provided for your convenience are locally made toiletries from Mt Romance and freshly roasted local coffee from Beckandcall. Your unit includes your own outdoor patio among the tranquil gardens or you can entertain at the communal barbecue area. Prices include free wifi.

Wonderful, easy and well located holiday property for a small family.

Relaxing stay close to Middleton Beach with a lovely garden outlook including a visiting bandicoot. We enjoyed having a lovely cafe, restaurant as well as a fish and chips shop so close. All necessary utilities and little extras provided.

Balneaire 7 is perfectly located. You have lovely cafes and bars in walking distance, along with the beautiful Middleton Beach. The property itself, had everything we needed for our stay and perfectly clean - cannot speak highly enough. I highly recommend. It's perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends!

Excellent location, great communication from Barbara, was comfortable and clean.
There was only one problem, we had 6 adults, there is only one bathroom which would be ok but the only toilet is in the bathroom. Not ideal, toilet really needs to be separate ideally for obvious reasons.

Excellent location, great communication from Barbara, was comfortable and clean.

Life changing holiday
We hoped to get some good walks in during our break and ended up walking in sun and rain through some breathtaking scenery. Along the river on day 1 and out to Bald point day 2 and out to Bluff Knoll on day 3. It was good to come back to a comfortable and warm house at the end of the day. We’re now looking to relocate to Albany.

Very good unit, close to the beach, close to coffee and close to town. Limited parking and we had to wait over an hour to check in as they were still cleaning but overall a great experience.

Excellent location,
The unit is located in an excellent location in Albany. The Unit itself is a 3 bed-roomed, 1 bathroom. We only used 1 bedroom, which is downstairs and has a king bed, which is one of the reasons we chose the accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom has a shower. The block is quiet, even though the street outside is a fairly main street. Across the road is an excellent fish shop, a little coffee shop and a bar/restaurant. The beach is within walking distance and the Ellen Cove walk way is also a stroll away. A good holiday accommodation. We would stay again if/when we are in Albany.
A suggestion, would be to have a few brochures, or guest info, on the great little restaurants in the vicinity, but thanks to google we were sorted.

A beautiful unit set in ideal location close to beach, parks and cafes. Ideal for a family stay. The kitchen is well equiped, comfy beds, cosy wood fire as well as air con, spotlessly clean.

Beautiful accomodation in perfect location
Balneaire Seven had everything we needed for our family holiday. Three spacious bedrooms with super comfy beds, fully equipped modern kitchen, cosy wood fire (as well as other heating) and superfast internet for when we needed it. The unit was spotless clean and everything was supplied including some fresh local coffee and jam, and toiletries from Mt Romance. Would highly recommend this accomodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balneaire7. The house was clean and very well presented. The unit had everything we needed including comfy beds, dishwasher and A great kitchen. I would highly recommend this unit for a wonderful Albany stay. Wish we were staying longer.

Fantastic Stay

Well kept Facility
Just returned from a beautiful stay in Albany, Middleton Beach where we were privileged to use Balneaire Unit 7. The facilities were excellent in a beautifully maintained surroundings. Short walk to the beach and coffee locations. Peaceful and very relaxing. Will return without hesitation.

Very comfortable property in an excellent location for beach, walks, cafes. Well equipped unit, 3 good sized bedrooms, would highly recommend - very good value for money! Would definitely book again if back in Albany.

Awesome property in beautiful part of town
Travelled to Albany for work with the family and one friend. The house was fantastic. Cleaned to a high standard and had all of the appliances and utensils we needed. A large park for the kids to play only 100m away and nice little coffee shop very close. Barbara was extremely helpful and always prompt to respond to queries. When we return to Albany, I will definitely re-book at Balneaire.

Clean, cosy and close to the beach
A wonderful property and an equally wonderful owner to deal with. Property was a great size, not huge but not tiny. Very well equipped with homely extras such as salt/pepper and glad wrap/foil etc provided. Very comfy beds with top quality bedding. Cafe/bar/fish and chip shop just over the road. Middleton beach just a short stroll down the road to more cafe facilities. 2 playgrounds within 2 mins walk of the property. We were extremely pleased with our stay...highly recommend.
