Situated in Del Aire, this attractive house for $232 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Newly REMODELED home Grand Re-Opening of this Charming & Spacious 3 bedroom + 2 Bathroom w/ Walk-Through Den (with desk/office set up). **We do request that for the respect and privacy of our neighbors that there be no parties or get-togethers as well as party rental items such as jumper bouncies, etc. NO SMOKING - This vacation home is suited as an oasis for family and friends and not geared towards events. Back patio with BBQ for outdoor dining on sunny So Cal days & nights. A/C & Tankless Water Heater for constant HOT WATER! 2 car driveway for free parking. Full kitchen w/ Dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishes and all the kitchen amenities needed to have a home cooked meal. Laundry room with washer & dryer. Free Wi-Fi. Wonderful & comfortable home to come back to after a day filled with entertainment at the beach, sporting events, shopping, dining and all the excitement that Southern California has to offer. 3 beds will sleep 6 comfortably but if you have more, especially children we can accommodate them as well!! :) We have high chair, play pen, pack n play crib, stroller, baby bath tub, sit in saucer and more. We are so conveniently located to the beach *3.5 miles, Rams/Chargers new stadium *4 miles, & Lakers/Clippers/L.A. Kings *14 mi. Several malls including the famous Del Amo Fashion Mall. And just 10 minutes away from the LAX Airport too!! Disneyland, Aquarium of the Pacific, Rodeo Drive, and Universal Studios, Magic Mountain are nearby attractions as well.

We spent a week with family here - the place is perfect for staying with family or close friends.
Cozy little house, but with enough rooms for everyone. The host was great - very good communication!

Home is located in a lovely neighborhood outside the craziness of the all the "touristy stuff" but close enough for day trips to site see. Host provided paper products and some toiletries which was a nice touch.

Great location and house !!
I went with 2 friends to visit Sofi Stadium for the Browns vs Chargers game. The location looked good on a map but after we started taking Uber to different locations, I quickly realized the location is great. It is a quick trip to Sofi, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and LAX. The home was exactly as described and it was very nice to have a bedroom for each of us. As a bonus, there were bottles of water, bags of microwave popcorn and a bowl full of tasty treats. I sent Michele a couple of questions and she responded very quickly. There is also a diner down the street (walking distance) that has very affordable and good breakfast options. If I am ever in LA, I will definitely be looking at Michele's place first as I honestly don't think it could have worked out any better.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Slept 6 college kids comfortably. Would recommend to anyone looking for place to stay in the area. Michele was a great host.

I rented this property for 2 nights And one day I had a very small Allegan gathering Because I was turning 50 and I had just a few people over And all my company was my age and a little older it was very surprising we are not young people..only about 25 people attended and the owners came twice and made me feel very uncomfortable and they were very strict they do not like parties or any type of event at their home not even a group of 20 people It was very uncomfortable with 3 people walking up that look like the police and intimidating this is not the property for anyone who wants to have an event.. We were threatened to shut the little gathering down Or they were gonna call the police on us and I work for an attorney office for 20 years we paid our money and we didn't do anything wrong and their property was in tip top shape. this is not the property for anyone to be honest because they could have caused a lot of problems when all i was trying to do is Just have a little gathering. I warn anyone about this property do not rent.. the neighbors are really nosy that neighbor next door tells everything to the property owners..

Upon check in noticed there were 11 plug in scent infusers going on throughout house. My little one coughed in den and then I opened closet to which smelled like smoke. Working in the area.
We put 5 guys up in this house for over a week. It was great, quiet neighborhood. Easy freeway access. Loved the back yard and the BBQ. The host was great very responsive.

The place is exactly how it is in pictures, Michele is very nice and resounds very quickly, and the house offers robust spacing and an ideal location for tourists stopping by in LA and residents of the city in between permanent housing alike!

A great weekend
We had a great time over the weekend. The property is close to restaurants, shopping and The Forum. The house is incredibly clean and cozy. The property managers are responsive and keep you well informed. Loved the weekend.

Spectacular place to stay!
The home was comfortable and had a warm atmosphere. Very very clean that was the best part and the Michelle was very kind, flexible, and easy to communicate with. It was everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect for our family
My son had surgery in Torrance and needed to stay for 2 weeks for his recovery. My husband and I traveled with our 3 boys and both of our moms. This property was the perfect home away from home. Plenty of room for us to sleep comfortably. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Backyard was perfect for the boys to play. Owners were easy to reach if needed and very sweet. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here!!
Property was great! As any other time I stay at a VRBO home, I do an inspection. When we got there I took pictures of a couple of things that were already broken or there was an issue with and sent them to Michele. She replied right away (very nicely) and would let us know how to go about it. The house is located in a great neighborhood and super close to stores. We had a 3 year old with us and we felt very safe sleeping there. If we are ever in town again....we know where to stay (:

Family Vaca to Dodger Games and the Beach.
We were so impressed with this property. We were welcomed with a treat basket, water bottles, and a clean home. Our communication with Michele (the owner) was amazing. She checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very comfortable. As I child we would visit my Great-grandmother in LA often and this home reminded me so much of my child hood. It is an older home but very well maintained. We didn’t use them but the house was well stocked for younger guests and the back yard was landscaped beautifully. My parents came with us and were also very impressed. We will be staying here again!

We had such a wonderful experience with the owner. Everything from checking in, to checking out and everything in between! Michele made us feel as if we were apart of the family and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed for our family vacation!

The house was very nice and clean, it’s in a great location with everything we wanted to do within a few miles. We had an issue with the a/c and Michele took care of it right away. I would stay here again.
