We liked the choice of pools, the cleanliness of the rooms, the animation team were very welcoming and great with the kids. Some staff were absolutely lovely - just had two poor experiences with reception staff. The free shuttle to Peschiera is good too! The grounds are beautifully kept, you are just a little bit on your own and the hotel has a business/conference vibe rather than holiday at times. But it was absolutely fine for what we needed and holiday vibe can be found at the laguna pool area. Bar staff were friendly and mini golf was free too- which was good!

Breakfast selection was always cold. We had asked for an upgraded room and paid considerably more but it was exactly the same as people in our party who had paid for basic room. No mini markets or shops in walking distance so bear in mind if you are going in self catering apartments. Taxis are expensive, but only real option with being out of the way… but that’s why the free shuttle to the town is good! We didn’t like some of the reception staff they did not supply a travel cot, they did not respond to the above complaint and they wouldn’t allow us a room to shower in after check out for the children to get changed for the flight. There was also quite a lot of mosquitos- so be wary and take some spray.

The view and environment was beautiful. Nice pools and amazing breakfast. Gorgeous area to recreate and have a good family or romantic time.

The first night we had stiff pillows but were changed for the next night. The worst was the elevators od the hotel that it was always stinky of feet. They have a nice gym and sauna area but you gotta pay for them which is strange if compared with other options.

A nice hotel, really close to Sigurta park. The rooms are clean and the service is great. A new shuttle service to and from Peschiera del Garda is a wonderful treat.

The taste and variety of the food can be a bit better

I liked nothing except for the location

The reception were not helpful they insist to let wait until 3 pm to check in. The room was old furniture is old and looks disappointing, they have to make renovation for the hotel. I don’t recommend it, it is depressing.

cold water in the pool, food very mono and in the rank of two-star hotels, towels and bath towels only once if you want to change them you have to pay every time ( whether it is dirty or wet makes no difference ), no action in the hotel..

The staff were all very nice and wanted to help you with anything you asked

The rooms were good and the showers excellent. Breakfast was very good also. The shuttle bus was a big plus too. My kids and I enjoyed using the pool.

The reception staff were not entirely helpful. I asked for a number of small things only to be told I had to rectify them myself. There was no iron at all and a lot of our clothes were creased. Reception staff said there was none available to use in the (huge) hotel. I have never, ever come across a hotel not having ironing facilities before. I had a beer from the minibar and it was not replaced the next day when I wanted one in the evening. Reception informed me that it would be the next day when we were leaving and suggested I go and buy one from the bar instead myself. Again I would expect a solution to these little problems from a 4 star hotel rather than having to sort it myself. They could have got one for me from another vacant room? Finally, on the last morning (at 8am) the cleaning staff walked into the room probably 0.5 seconds after knocking, not giving us chance to say it was OK to come in. My wife was naked. We tried not to let this affect our day (and we really arent fussy or picky travellers) but many people may have been hugely affected by this and they could have checked as most cleaners do ("room service"...). Anyway overall we loved Peschiera del Garda. It was just a shame that these small issues were not resolved as it is this sort of thing that makes you go back to, or recommend, a place.
