Location was good- very close to central. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very excellent with very elaborate spread. Evening snacks and coffee in the lobby was a bonus. Staffs were helpful and friendly.
Room was a bit tiny. Inside the wardrove was a big cot - hence we did not find enough space for our cloths. Outside the window was a big wall of another building - hence you don't see anything outside.

Was expensive for what was provided due to being booked during a major event being held in in the city. room was comfortable and breakfast was lovley.

Despite the train station being close, the room was silent. Breakfast was super and the Ullevi was at walking distance which was important for us. So, the location was top.
The reception was not performing well on finding my booking. I had to call my friend to share our room’s number, because she took the room earlier than I arrived, and the receptionnist couldn’t manage for the room.

staff were friendly and the location was good, we arrived too early to check in but our luggage was kept in a secured room which was nice
Coffee facilities were in the lobby, it would have been nice if they were in the room. Also, there was a full length mirror on the inside of the bathroom (toilet) door, so you could see your entire side profile when in the bathroom to do...stuff. That was an odd decorating choice

The location was great, it was a short walk to the train station. The breakfast was good in the morning, it had a great variety of food
The WiFi was tricky to connect to, it was quite loud in the night. I thought the rooms would be better soundproof from outside and the rest of the hotel

Reception staff is nicely helpful and friendly, breakfast offers a wide buffet choice, the hotel is very quiet. The bed is veeery soft and has piles of pillows. Additional great extra is a free of charge coffee/tea from the machine near reception, especially when you come back from a walk at winter night and the restaurant is closed. As we were there for Christmas time, there was also the glogg served at the reception, which is nice :)
Our suggestion for other guests would be to check with the reception, what side of the building will be the view from the room and if they are ok with that. Our daughter had a single room facing the yard with plain yellow wall.
Location of the hotel is like 10 min, not 4 min walk from Central Station, which is not bad in general, but good to know realistically.

The location is very good, very close to Central station and to the city center. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. They serve you with free coffee, tea, some sweets and glog (in this time of the year, winter).
The room that we had was a bit tight, but our friends had a very large one (I guess it's about luck :) )

Our stay at Scandic No. 25 was fantastic. We enjoyed our breakfast, that was very rich and offered many variations. The room was clean, very cozy and noise free. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very central/next to train station. It's just 10 mins walk to the main center.
We would definitely recommend a stay at Scandic No. 25.

location was great, either for walking or accessing city transport
free tea/coffee at the reception was a good idea
very quiet, no noise getting from the outside or other rooms
breakfasts were average with a reasonable selection
from the room looking out at the walls 🤷🏻♀️

overall, the room was very basic, lack of the tea/coffee facilities in the room, lack of fridge
mattress was not very comfortable, very soft
probably the worst part was the constant humming from the ventilation (?), lasted the whole nights and made it for me impossible to fall asleep
