Vacaciones de Navidad en Playa paradisíaca

Me gustó que tuviera vista al mar, que habían suficientes camas en la playa. Me gustó el hotel en general es bonito.

Mi habitación tenía mucha humedad, el aire acondicionado no era tan potente y hacía que se sintiera más la humedad, no me gustó la piscina pero por lo fría no era climatizada, no habían suficientes actividades para niños, y por último no me encantaron los restaurantes a la carta no tienen buenos chefs. Solo el buffet estaba So So

Great Vacation with family and friends

My avaliation: 8,2. The hotel is well located on Bávaro beach, it was renovated recently and everything is new and maintained. We traveled in the low season so it was very quiet, except from Friday afternoon to sunday noon. Chairs available both on the beach and by the pool. For 4 days there was almost no algae in the ocean, but there were 3 days of heavy rain and the ocean was full of algae so I didn't go into the sea anymore. Excellent pool, very good pool bar. We loved the Asian, Italian and Mexican restaurants. The buffet was good, there was nothing missing, as there were many options. It has an ice cream and coffee shop which are good too. All the staff treated us very well, but I especially thank chef Fernando who prepared our meal at Tai, he was also very attentive at the Buffet. Thanks also to Stephanie from the ice cream shop, Emilio, Andris, Esquelin, Sury, Miguel, Manoel, Ana (check-in), Celin, Selin and Marian. Thank you for the excellent service.

Tip: don't go to the resort from Friday to Sunday. Arrive on Sunday afternoon and leave early on Friday. It was full and there were noisy, rude people who didn't know the meaning of the word queue. At the buffet, they jumped the queue, some adults chewed the food and spat it on the floor, and they treated the staff badly. But after they left, the resort went back to being paradise, so watch out for the weekend.

Our stay was superb.

the family room was perfect. I loved the sofa bed conversion into a double bed. Ideal for families with kids The pools were cleaned every day. Great to be surrounded by 3 pools It is a pity the beach was not appealing to swim in; should be cleaned by removing all the 'limas'

I feel I didn’t get my money's worth.

The food was ok, not a lot of variety. The sports bar has fun games even though 2 of them were out of service.

When I arrived, the room didn’t even had towels. I had to wait more than 2 hours and call several times to get some. The bed wasn’t even properly made, and didn’t have a duvet or comforter. The view from the room was a construction… so I had to request a room change. But they were able to give it the next day. *Don’t let the resort be at maximum capacity if you know you can’t handle all the guests. Also, the staff didn’t properly inform of the activities happening so I missed a lot.

Overall not worth it, prefer airbnb

The location and overall facilities were nice and well maintained. The room was good for what we paid, bigger than we needed because of the bunk beds. Before you check in and after you check out, you are allowed to get some extra time at the resort.

The food wasn't that great, breakfast was horrible, lunch was okay, and dinner was very underwhelming. The maps to the property are not the easiest to use, especially if you use their website/"app". None of the buildings have signage so you have to guess what everything is or ask inside (this was mostly a pain point for restaurants). We only stayed one day to try it out, glad we didn't stay longer

A very good vacation for family

activities- animation team coffee! they had almond milk in cafeteria! I am alergic for dairy products and soya, so this was the best thing! nice area tennis court, they offer also tennis lessons for 20$/hour. Atmosphere in special restaurant was great and they are very nice designed.

room- family suite:2 rooms- one room wih bunk bed and second room with king bed! sounds amazing! but the second room didn't have window, or balcony. just dark room... the smell in the drawers is horrible. food could be better, meat ussually was not cooked enough. the special restaurant ussually offer the same food, but in menu with other description.

Amazing

Staff, facilities, food, Saturday show, beach/pool area, transportation inside, the hotel is really nice and above average!

Bedroom with mosquitoes and air conditioning was dripping water. Cleaning could be better! Check-in staff could be kinder.

some aspects of this facility were good but it didn’t offset the negative to make for an overall positive experience

took 2 days to fix toilet. desk staff was not good-tried to hold us from checking out till we paid for wine we didn’t order, late to airport because of this. pretty expensive place to be treated like this, would not go back

A wonderful vacation

Everything was wonderful. The size and location of our room was great. The pools are clean and did not get too crowded. All the bar staff are super friendly. We enjoyed every meal at the buffet. The staff in the buffet are always attentive, caring and polite. We had an amazing time and hope to be back another time.

One slight concern we had was that the housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. Every day the room was cleaned and made up differently and one time they forgot to leave us towels and another time they did not bring shower gel. On the last 2 days we noticed 1-2 small items missing from our room which we know we can't have lost and this worried us a bit. However all concerns were addressed with the people at reception who assured us that they will look into it right away.
