Noget ærgerlig..

Morgenmaden, og den søde dame der har / passer det.

Hvis man vil have gjort lidt rent, have fjernet skraldepose, få et rent håndklæde, få redt sengen - så skal man meddele det i receptionen aftenen forinden... Dette er helt ok, --- hvis man da ellers bliver gjort opmærksom på det ved ankomsten til hotellet! - Og ikke skal finde denne oplysning på et lille stykke papir liggende i en mørk reol under en fjernbetjening!!! Jeg blev så ærgerlig, da jeg kom hjem fra dagens tur... og så at sengen slet ikke var blevet redt.. hvilket for mig ellers er én af hotellivets små (åbenbart store...) hyggelige glæder. Øv . Noget andet er, at der ikke er så god belysning på værelset. (nr 323)..

Not good and not happy

Location

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not as positive as I had hoped. Although the hotel's location was convenient, close to the city center and the train station, there were several aspects that negatively affected my stay. Firstly, the room setup was not ideal. The window was positioned only 30 cm above the bed and couldn't be opened in a tilted position. This is especially concerning of you are traveling with children. Then there is a risk of them falling. Opening the window required needing both hands, so small children can not open it by themselves. Another issue was the noise disturbance of other guests. We heard a lot of noise from other rooms. This disrupted my sleep and made it difficult for me to relax in the room. Safety also seems a concern. The hotel seemed to pose a fire hazard, with many small compartments and a lack of clear exit signs in the corridors. This made me uneasy, especially since I was staying with my family. The room itself was very small, leaving barely any space to move around. The breakfast was mediocre and, in my opinion, overpriced for what was offered. Furthermore, there was no parking available in front of the hotel to unload luggage, except on the sidewalk, which was inconvenient. What also disappointed me was the absence of real curtains in the room. This resulted in the room staying lit at night, affecting my sleep and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Lastly, the bathroom was a true disappointment. The shower and toilet were dramatically tiny, making it difficult to shower or use the toilet comfortably. All in all, the stay felt more like a dollhouse than a real hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless they are looking for very basic and minimal accommodation. The lack of comfort, safety, and amenities stipoed me from considering staying here again in the future. The rate vs the comfort is not fair in my opinion and a cancelled the next 5 nights stay in their Copenhagen hotel.

It's an ok hotel if you get a good price for a room.

The location is great, close to the train station and the center of the city. The staff was really nice and helpful.

I think the price is way too high for what you get.

Nice position, cheap

The bathroom of the room was really small, the shower was in the same space flooding everything. Breakfast was really essential.

very helpful and friendly staff,i arrived early and they let me check in early. compact room with everything i needed including kettle and free coffee. i will stay there again

Very good

The location is great, right next to the station. The room is clean and in general comfortable. Noise proof window worked well and can hardly hear anything from the trains passing by. Good choice for the location and price,

The window lock is not working and is just next to the bed, so it would be quite dangerous for a small child when playing on the bed and may open it and fall out from high floors. The beds are kind of cheap. Very little shampoo was provided.

from my bed I could hear the corridor door being slamed closed every time someone used it, so that woke me up in the morning

Great location and good value for money

The location is perfect. The room has a waterboiler and is more spacious then I have expected, we've been to some more tiny places. There are shelves. Everything was clean The staff was very nice and the check in and out was fast.

The shower was really tiny. It all worked though. But it's more like a closet. We did not mind. The staff don't recommend any inexpensive parking. If you are by car try the Ridehusgade. It's free from 20 till 8 and is inexpensive otherwise. 5min walk. The beds are soft. That's comfortable for some, but not for others. So just fyi.

Great location and good value, but for more than a couple of days you may want more space

Location is great, easy to get to all the main attractions if you’re just in Odense for a short time. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was clean and packed a lot into a small space - very functional.

The downside of the location, if you’re there in Summer, is that if the windows are open (which they will need to be if you have a few people in a small room) it’s very noisy. There is a busy road and tram line right outside, and you will nearly fall out of bed if someone beeps their horn! Also - the top bunks are not really great for kids…they are very high and there is not much to stop them falling out. My partner and I ended up sleeping on the top bunks instead - but it’s tight if you’re tall or a larger person.

only for overnight stays - the name of the hotel "Cabinn" corresponds to the size of the room...

a small plus was the kettle in the room, where you can prepare tea, coffee or oatmeal in the evening or in the morning.

we only used the accommodation for one night for a family / 4 person overnight stay. The room was very small and cramped.
