A decent stay

Stunning view from the 20th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of items. The staff were very respectful and kind.

The TV didn't work and kept resetting itself for two days. I suppose they fixed it on the 3rd day when we were out because it worked on the 3rd day. Still, no proper TV for two days constitutes a deficiency in service i.e. a deficiency in what they advertise and what I'd paid for. Also, there was no way to lock the twin doors leading to the bathroom which was annoying. No jet spray/health faucet was also an irritation but it seems to be the case all over Singapore. Water bottles provided were very difficult to open. My wife simply couldn't open them. After opening a bunch of them, my left hand was bruised. A minor issue but I thought it still worth mentioning.

La classe d un vrai 5 etoiles

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Ritz Carlton et nous avons payé le surclassement vue Marina Bay et ca vaut largement le coup ! une vue incroyable avec cette grande baie vitrée. La chambre avait tout le confort qu on peut avoir dans un 5 etoiles. Tres accueillant avec enfants a offrir un petit sac avec coloriage a l 'arrivée. Piscine grande et chaude. Petit dejeuner a la hauteur de l hotel. Parfaitement situé. N'hésitez pas une seconde plus !

The location is very convenient

The ameninties as the pool were not very cool, you have to compete with Marina Bay and I think in this part it fails.

We are coming back.

Everything it is a great experience. The beds & pillows are so comfortable the view of Marina Bay is breathtaking and the club lounge was amazing.

C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, et ce ne sera surement pas le dernier ! Je suis très satisfaite de la chambre, de la vue, du personnel, des équipements, de la salle de sport ainsi que de la piscine de l'hôtel !

Perfect place to stay in Singapore

Everything was perfect! The best aspect of this hotel is the quanlity of the hotel staff. They were very welcoming and took care of every need starting with early check-in. They were super kind, polite, and knew their jobs. The hotel location is perfect. Many must-see tourist attractions are at walking distance. Taxi cab guys are easily available (both normal cabs and the ones on Grab). MBS is just across the helix bridge. Airport was a 15 min drive. Breakfast at the hotel is very good with a variety of items from different cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Singaporean, Western etc.). Food is good for vegetarians. In-room dining also has decent options for vegetarians. They'll also fix something not on the menu to suit your dietary requirements. The art inside the hotel is also a must-see. We had a good time going around checking various paintings and sculptures. Ritz-Kids is a great idea. My daughter loved it. This hotel is the kind that makes your holiday. I will highly recommend staying at this property.

İ had some issues with the elevator which accepted only one of the keys to the room, so İ had to reprogramm it on reception.

Views to die for - very comfortable - friendly staff

View over marina bay sands from the room was simply amazing. Club lounge great- food very good and lots of it. Staff very friendly and helpful generally. Colony restaurant is amazing

Club lounge great but spoiled a couple of times by business people conducting meetings by laptop or phone in the lounge

Clean, the staffs were mostly nice

Elevator is slow and busy. Super crowded at the restaurant, we couldn’t even make a reservation for dinner even though we were staying there. They accused me of taking the body wash, which I rarely used as I didn’t like it. I disputed, and They sent me an email saying they will wave the charge as if they were doing a favor. That ruined the whole experience.

Prime location in Singapore

The manager upgraded us to nice view room after our comment on the room condition we have checked in. The location of the hotel was so convenient.

The club lounge check in was fabulous after a long journey not having to wait in a que to check in. All staff of the club lounge were impeccable. The spa and pool facilities were excellent clean neat and in great working order. Staff working in all levels of the Hotel were kind and courteous.
