The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping couldn't have been better. Had breakfast every morning which had exceptional choices.
Absolutely nothing

Room spacious & comfortable. Room service was prompt
The roof over the shower is too low. I'm 6'4" and I had to crouch down on the shower otherwise my head would have been through the ceiling

Friendly welcome. Ok position, a little out of it. Water and tea and coffee facilities in room
The bathroom door wouldn’t close (wood was swollen)
Very small bed , had requested twin. Had to share with my daughter

Location for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall, only a 30 minute stroll away, and close proximity to the train station.
Being a Hilton hotel we found the room and corridor decor to be tired and dated.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful

The location is fantastic. On Kensington high street
Lots of small issues. They ran out of still water one day and could only give me sparking. I had requested some bathroom tissue rolls and they simply couldn’t find one and couldn’t give me one. Didn’t feel like a Hilton.

We considered breakfast until we stayed in the hotel room and the cleanliness was not that great so didn’t chance breakfast
The cleanliness off the room ultimately is what I disliked i expect a higher standard from a Hilton hotel. I would not stay again nor would I recommend

Location
Air Conditioning was hit and miss. Also we could not open the window fully as there was a security tag on it to prevent full opening. Air in room and ventilation was extremely bad.

The way I was treated as it was my birthday, very much appreciated.
My reservation was inclusive of LUNCH but was not available until l had your room. As my room was not ready until 15.00 I had to debate at length to take lunch at 12.00 as I had to get to the Albert Hall for a rehearsal and concert asap.

Location was great . Secondly many convenient stores and restaurants were just on walking distance specially Halal.Mainly Rates were reasonable . Right from the front of the Hotel take bus #9 or 27 to Picaddley Underground to Heathrow Terminals .
I don’t think there was anything like that

A good hotel at a convenient location on Kensington High Street, with easy transportation. Quality of food at the restaurant was good. There are good restaurants nearby.

The location is perfect, close to the London Book Fair at Olympia.
The London taxis/Uber/Bolt are not reliable, sometimes it's not easy to get a ride when you are in a hurry.

Spacious room, good location, loved the bar/lounge area. Bus stop at the front door direct to the west end theatres.
Room service had limited options and kept running out of stock. Beds are very creaky - I could hear when the people next door turned over in bed.

Very nice hotel, with spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Building is a bit old but the rooms are in good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is about 25 mins from Piccadilly square by bus. Bus station just outside of the hotel. Train station is also next door.
Different price for breakfast when booked from the reception compared to the price charged on the spot. However, staff was very helpful and notified us on time.

Close to public transport, substantial breakfast included, clean and comfortable room and good price

From the positives I can list here hotel location and very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is pretty close to the tube station, from where you can walk or jump on a bus for a short, four stop journey.
Unfortunately, rooms are long overdue their renovation time and feel a bit outdated and neglected, especially the bathroom. Additionally, the "view" outside the window was just the other side of the building with huge vent duct, which was quite noisy and running constantly from 7AM to 8PM.

Excellent breakfast and the service from all staff was 1st class from beginning to end.
Nothing everything went so well

Nice staff, good breakfast, good shower, comfortable bed
The room was a bit noisy - either the hotel systems in the inner courtyard or the aircon. Not much natural light

Great staff, comfy beds, clean, good value
A bit of a walk to the nearest tube.

Location to Olympia
The rude evening bar staff and the uncomfortable spring mattress. Breakfast was also a little hectic but the range of food was good.
4.0
Bed very poor felt the springs through the mattress. Shabby and dirty room with old tarnished plugs and limescale - bath old and poorly maintained. Breakfast charged at 24.50 each so would have been nearly £50 for 2 of us - needless to say we didn’t eat breakfast here we went down the road and paid 13.50 at the hand and flower which was lovely

Convenience for conference only.
Room dark, standing lamp didn’t work, unable to watch TV in bed as sat on desk to the side of the room, no complimentary water in the room. Staff unhelpful when asked to rectify .

The room was big and always very clean. Although I arrived 3 hours earlier, the room was ready and provided to me. The stuff was very responsive and helped me to find an emergency doctor , when it was needed
the room was looking to High Street Kensington and was a little noisy. But overall it was a minor disadvantage.
9.0
The position of the hotel to train station, Olympia, local restaurants and shops.
Staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was excellent.
Hotel was very clean.
Bed comfortable and lovely powerful shower.
Room was too hot to sleep comfortably so had the window open but the noise was loud and constant. The flush on the toilet was extremely loud.
Would have liked a second chair to sit on at the table in the room, instead of the bed.

Very close to Olympia exhibition hall, friendly reception and cleaning staff. Most staff in the breakfast area were friendly. Room on 6th floor was supposed to have been freshly refurbished - possibly
Room I didn’t think had been freshly refurbished, if I’d paid for a room upgrade and got this one I’d have been a bit more disappointed, but it was only for one night.

Good location, friendly staff
Window wouldn’t seal properly so there was a loud whistling noise all through the night

We arrived prior to check in time and we asked to leave our bags with the Concierge. A very pleasant and helpful member of Reception staff said our room was ready and we could go up. We very very pleased about this and it was a very considerate gesture. The room was spacious and obviously spotlessly clean. The bedding was pure white and impeccably pressed! Facilities included an iron and board, large safe, selection of tea & coffee making facilities and the usual toiletries in the very clean bathroom. We slept soundly and woke naturally with no traffic noise or corridor noise. Breakfast was excellent! Everything one could wish for and constantly replenished - I even had hash browns brought to my table. Thank you, kindly, Chef! The location was perfect for Olympia which was our prime reason for visiting. But it was also very handy for the rest of London with a variety of TfL stops close by. We enjoyed the walk along Kensington High Street. Upon check out we left our case with the Concierge and went about our day. The $64m question is: would I stay here again? Absolutely! Thanks to all the lovely and friendly staff we encountered. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure our stay was perfect.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

AS soon as you walk into reception you are made to feel very welcome, we had booked one room but were upgraded FOC . Our room 605 was impeccably clean with a lovey bathroom complete with bath robes and slippers. The bed and covers were of very good quality a fridge and a 60" TV.
We were able to park in the hotels underground car park which was fantastic
The breakfast is 1st class with a great deal of variety. All the staff are very helpful and happy.
We came away feeling very satisfied with this hotel and will use every time we are in London.

Located close to the London Olympia conference centre.
Direct access by bus from Paddington station, stopped straight opposite to the hotel.
Great breakfast.
One of the rooms that I was in shared a link door and the neighbours were quite noisy. But the reception manager and another receptionist were fantastic. They kindly let me change to another room.
