Great location ,good breakfast

Poor maintenance of rooms : AC controller panel was broken in room 305, no way to know what the Air Conditioning was doing. In room 403 no bath ventilation and refrigerator stopped working when coffee maker was also plugged in ( no one seems to know why )

I was pleased how quiet it was considering we were in the middle of a busy city. Clean and comfortable room with everything you need. I looked at several hotels in this price range and most of the reviews weren't great so was really happy with this one. Breakfast was a bonus.

Breakfast was ok, not the best but it was fine as I didnt book it for this. The key card needed many attempts to make it work (also had no arrow to say which way to put it in). Perhaps I had a dodgy one but I was only there one night so didnt bother going to ask reception to change it

An all right stay

The location is central and excellent. The price is relatively cheap compared to other hotels around the same location. I found the complimentary two bottles of water and coffee a nice gesture.

The breakfast was not great only OK. As an example I had to ask extra for a glass of milk which I found surprising. My room card kept on demagnetizing, I had to ask for a repair two times. I could hear the water pipes in the wall. I found hair on my "fresh" towels. The window's isolation was not proper, the sound came in when it was closed.

Gutes Zimmer, gute Lage, wenig Atmosphäre.

The hotel is centrally located. Not one of the international big houses, but I prefer such hotels. Room is well equipped, I had a room to the backyard, always an advantage. Air condition could be switched off easily. Bathroom is modern and looks to be right new. Water in the room, coffee, espresso machine. Well equipped room.

Was a bit surprised that the room was not cleaned during my stay, may have overseen this that this is not done when one just stays two nights… Hotel has no special atmosphere, probably due to the fact that personnel in the reception is just doing its job. No special kindness, no smile or welcome which could make you feeling welcome when arriving, one gets the key, the invoice is checked. Breakfast room is okay, also breakfast, a bit disturbing a noisy radio ..Romanian commercials which nobody of many foreign guests may be interested in. Music can be streamed, guys! Taxi can be ordered at the reception desk, but that was a strange experience, when I tried to do this. I heard it would be 75 Lei, then it is offered that you pay at the reception desk. I just had a 100 lei bill. Reception said we do not have change and thought might then be okay…🤔. Then they ordered another taxi which I paid directly, at the end 65 Lei plus a tip. Ask for ordering a “Speed Taxi” ..that works.

I will definitely not stay here again

Friendly staff, good location

Noises from the other rooms all night (zero insulation of the walls), the smell of sewage from the bathroom, the refrigerator empty and unplugged (if you have medicines that need to be kept cold, don't rely on it being 4 stars, it doesn't deserve 3 either) , from breakfast you have nothing to choose if you want to eat healthy

"Sorry, we do not have any room for you!"

Our reservation was for May and the receptionist told us accidentaly it was made for June in their system. They had no available rooms so we were forwarded to another hotel after a very long and tiring day. That 3 points is only for the receptionist trying to help us, we did not even see the room.

It was ok, but could have been better.

Room was clean and the bed ok to sleep in. Bathroom was clean as well. Fresh towels and toiletries. Staff was nice and helpful when you needed something

Size of the room (a bit too small/cramped). Shower was leaking water on the bathroom floor from a couple of spots on the shower cabin door. Air conditioner was blocked from the main system, even though outside was fairly warm and the room was on the last floor, heating up from the sun (had to ring the reception couple of times, and sometimes they did not respond at all). Breakfast felt a bit dissapointing (food choices were a little limited and on Sunday morning, the cheese and meats looked a little old), and some of the plates did not look clean. Main room counter had a little melted spot, like somebody put something hot on it and left a nasty spot (that did not fit well with the 4* vibe). Overall could be better for the price paid, but the strong point is the location within the city center.

I paid for double room but they gave me a single room. uncomfortable for a couple.

The location is good. clean and serene.

A small oasis in a chaotic city, everything was well taken care of. It was clean, it was well built and designed. And it was conveniant!

The temperature of the shower was changing too drastically for my taste.

While taking shower the water was coming out from the shower cabin , same happened using the sink in the bathroom......unpleasant had to put towels on the floor

I booked a bedroom with 2 single beds but there was available only double bed, I asked for change and the staff said that was full and didn't have available, coffee machine didn't work properly in the room.

Nice hotel, great location, not really 4 stars

Location, quietcomfortable room.

Several things in the bathroom were broken. Wifi had a weak signal. Batteries of the A/C remote were dead.

The location is so good location in the center of old town good for value

Food is terrible and the dishes isnt clean at all! There no alot of food just a few of things The reception girl is so rude

the hotel have a big problem with their magnetuc key for the room , you can open the room with the key only one time , a

the staff not good , every thing i ask him , they answer that they dont know , the manager know. thier key room open the room for only one time , i have every time to take anither magnetic key or to give him to fix it
