お買い得

ディズニーランドに行くにも東京に買い物に行くのも便利な場所でした。大きいホテルですが混みあってる感じもしなく快適でした。

お風呂場の清掃が行き届いてないような気がしました。あとは問題ないです。

立地上、全体的な滞在自体は楽しめましたが、このホテルだけに滞在する目的では使用しないなと思いました。想像より安かったですが、サービスもそれなりだと思いました。大きいホテルだから仕方ないのかな…

部屋は写真通りのお部屋でした。５人で宿泊できる大きなお部屋があるのが宿泊した理由でした。トイレが２つあるのと、大浴場の貸切サービス、ラウンジが利用できた事がとても良かったです。お掃除やお布団の準備をされている方全員が、廊下で会うと必ずご挨拶して下さったのがとても印象に残っています。

目の前が工事中ではありましたが、ディズニーに行くのが目的だったのでその点はそこまで気になりませんでしたが、最終日夜から翌朝にかけて、上からドスドス歩く音や物を落とすような音が休ますなり続け、夜の時点でフロントの方に連絡しましたが収まらず、修学旅行生が宿泊されているという事でした。朝も2度ほど電話して最終は納得のいく対応をして頂きましたが、ファミリースイートの上階に修学旅行生を宿泊させる事自体が驚きでした。これから宿泊される方はそういう可能性があるか確認された方が良いかもしれません。また、スタッフの方によってサービスのレベルが相当違います。リクエストした事もチェックインの際に忘れられていた事が分かりました。また、フロント前のカフェの店員さん達はかなり感じ悪かったです。

Great value for money hotel in close proximity to disneyland

Breakfast had a good variety, room was clean and comfortable on arrival. Location was great too - there's a shuttle bus that will bring you to the disneyland monorail, which even though the distance was short, was very helpful with children and luggages in tow.

Balcony was a little old/dirty, which is a shame as the balcony offers a good view of disneyland sea. Would have appreciated if the balcony was done up a little for us to step out and enjoy the view from time to time. But of course, this would be cherry picking.

リフレッシュ出来ました。

部屋からのロケーションが最高でした。朝食は混んでいましたがスタッフの方がテキパキされて誘導くださり良かったです。食事も美味しかったです。

大浴場の料金が宿泊代込みだとお聞きしたはずでしたが追加料金、クレジット、現金のみと制約があり入浴を辞めました。あまりお得感がなかったです。朝食は美味しかったですが、補充されてないものがあり残念でした。

Great Hotel to stay near Disneyland/Disney Sea

The hotel is across the street from the Disney monorail. Breakfast was included. Several restaurants to choose from but I recommend getting there at opening. We reserved our Disneyland/Disney Sea tickets in advance which made it easy to purchase at the hotel. The room was clean and staff is friendly.

Convenient location

Good to be nearby the Disney parks. Handy luggage delivery service from Maihama station meant we could drop and run before check in.

Facilities are great, but food and drink quite pricey. Not many western food options for kids when we needed something basic after a long day.

Perfect spot for Disney

Really lovely large hotel with easy access to the Disney monorail. Loved being able to walk to the monorail in 2 minutes. It was so simple. Range of food options especially for late at night. Our room had a double bed and two singles for our family of 2A and 2 teenagers. View of Fireworks from the balcony. Buffet breakfast was lovely too. Was a much more affordable option than the Disney hotels and yet had it all.

Modern hotel, great facilities, will stay again!

Sheraton was our 3rd hotel on our Japan trip and we found it very comfortable. We booked the 4 bed room for 2 nights. I chose the room with no view but we were pleasantly surprised when we opened our curtains and saw the ocean. It was one big room, 2 standard double beds on either side and 2 rollaway beds wedged in the middle. Room was themed " ship" with some fish on the walls and treasure chest as drawers. Dining table for 4 but can fit 5-6. Beds were very comfortable. There was ample storage and walking space in the room. Bathroom was good sized. Location wise, it was an easy walk from Bayside station to the hotel ( you'll need to walk a little uphill as the reception is on the second level). If you have a lot of luggage best to wait for the free shuttle that comes every 8mins. One stop away from Disneysea - you can watch the fireworks from rooms facing the station. Theres a kids arcade area, self laundry service, putt putt and indoor pool. We didnt try putt putt as it was too windy. There is also a Disney store where you can buy some merchandise limited mickey ears and no popcorn boxes though but still well stocked. Overall a great stay !

We tried the buffet the first night we arrived. It was underwhelming. We arrived without booking at 6.30pm. Initially I was worried it was going to be a full house because there weren't any availabilities on their website when I checked the week before. It was almost empty with maybe 5 tables taken. Food was international but the dishes were limited and not common so if you're not adventurous eater than you may not enjoy as much. A friend had a buffet dinner at the beauty and the beast Disney hotel and also said it was lacking variety. It was our only buffet experience in Japan so I'm not sure if this is the norm. We ended up eating mainly pizza and spaghetti and Caesar salad. Kids menu was extensive but not made fresh so the baked goods were a little stale. Looked like a quiet night also so maybe that's why.

Great location, great service. Clean and well-maintained.

O hotel tem uma localização fantástica! Reservei um quarto para comemorar meu aniversário e tinha uma vista incrível para o mar. Havia uma mensagem de parabéns na cama. Confortável, bem localizado, de fácil acesso para o parque da Disney. O hotel é bem grande, e eles oferem um transporte da estação de trem até a hospedagem. Muito tranquilo. O café da manhã é muito bem servido. Vale a pena pagar, caso não esteja incluso na hospedagem. Tem uma capela bem bonita ao lado da piscina externa (que também é muito bonita).

Não gostei da minha companhia, de resto, amei tudo!

Breakfast was exceptionally expensive. Staying in a room for 4, the main two beds were fine, but the secondary beds were spectacularly hard.

Overall decent experience

Great size rooms. Convenient location with Bayside Station on the Tokyo monorail across the street and buses running from the location to the main Maihama Station.

There’s only 4 washers and dryers and dryers didn’t work properly, backing up the lines. Some guests said they spent four hours doing laundry there. We didn’t have that kind of time. My mom had one bad experience with an information desk staff at the hotel who was rude to her and serviced a foreigner (she is Japanese) before her despite them saying she needed to wait her turn in line and the foreigner walked in just like she did and just went up to the desk and asked for help and didn’t get any push back.

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay is truly grand!

Great water pressure in the shower, comfortable full size beds, and daily room cleaning service made my nine-night stay a wonderful one. I had a bay view room in the Ocean Dream section of the hotel and I would definitely suggest the water view over the city view for a more peaceful vibe in the room. There is a shuttle bus to the metro station and the Disney monorail is directly across the street. The hotel itself is lovely, the convenient transportation options to Maihama station and Disney parks are great, and the breakfast buffet options are excellent. But, the best feature of this hotel is its staff. I've never seen hotel staff who are so genuinely kind, helpful, and cheerful as the staff at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay. I debated for a long time about which hotel to choose among the many in this area, and I'm so pleased that I ended up at the Sheraton. It was an absolute treat!

At the drop off point for buses on the first floor, there should be a sign posted directing new guests to the front desk on the second floor. I felt that I had to look around to find my way up to the desk after being dropped off by the airport bus.

I would book this again for a Disneyland or Disney Sea trip!

Only a 5 min walk to the Bayside station, 3 stops from Disneyland and 1 stop from Disney Sea, the Sheraton is great for families and booking for a big group. The staff was so accommodating and was able to put my family of 11 and two babies on the same floor and right next to each other. I would definitely book this hotel again.
