La chambre était très bien pour une nuit. Le petit déjeuner a été livré dans la chambre car la salle était en travaux. La salle de bain était propre et le personnel agréable.
J'ai trouvé que 10€ (au lieu de 13 habituellement) étaient cher pour un petit pain, un café, de l'eau et une compote. De plus la fontaine à eau était hors service, donc 2€ pour 50cl d'eau c'est cher!! De plus l'ascenseur était en panne donc les voyageurs on dû descendre par les escaliers avec des valises lourdes, ce qui a généré beaucoup de bruit avant 6H du matin!

Friendly people. Our bicycles were safely stored in a locked luggage room. Clean room and bathroom. The room is decorated with very nice modern art. A view on the city. A good bed. In walking distance of the old city. Very good breakfast buffet.

This was an unexpectedly great place to stay in, the room was spacious and we got a nice balcony at the top floor.
They used a deposit system and the prices for loosing a tiny cup was 25 eur. A bit excessive, makes you feel like a criminal..

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they relly take time to give advices and recommend where you could travel to, if you ask. The rooms were clean and we could not hear any noise, although the hotel is next to the main station. The position is also nice.

The location
The breakfast buffet is not 12 euros worth ,there was no olive oil and after asking the breakfast responsible told me that they don't have it,no omelet or scrambled eggs .

it was really close to everything and right in front of the train station. It is also part of a chain that has a rooftop bar to which we couldn't access because you need to reserve.
they didn't let us go into the roof top bar in the other location and we were not aware of it until the next day when it was too late to reserve.

The staff team was really friendly and helpful. I was welcomed and assisted each day to find where I wanted to go and they were knowledgeable and kind. The room was small but clean and perfect for one person travelling alone. A particular plus was the tea/coffee making facilities with a variety of beverages and biscuits.
I would have appreciated a small fridge and a safe but other than those two extras, I was happy with my room and stay
