Emplacement et personnel toujours prêt à aider.Petit déjeuner bien.
La chambre double supérieure était assez vieillotte et sans équipement de base comme un support à valise ou une boîte de papiers mouchoir.L’insonorisation pourrait être mieux.La vue sur une toiture en mauvais etat.

El hotel está muy bien situado. Andando unos 10min de los principales lugares turísticos.
La habitacion super limpia y camas muy cómodas.
Con cambio de toallas y limpieza diaria.
Un hotel ideal para pasar unas vacaciones y poder descansar
La decoracion un poco clásica con el mismo cuadro en todo el pasillo.
A titulo informativo colocaría 1gancho más en el baño para colgar las dos toallas en la habitacion doble. Solo habia 1.

No refrigerator, Very noisy, Very bad renovation inside, old small elevator narrow stairs, poor small lobby, red carpet everywhere, red blankets red curtains, red wall in the room. All the buildings near by are the same outside but inside can be well renovate, because we stayed at Plaza Hotel 4 days ago and everything was okay.

The receptionist was really nice about offering a different room when I was unhappy with the initial one.
Bad design of shower area. Water went all over the floor when shower in use.

Excellent location, within walking distance to all of the things one wants to see of Tolouse.
Friendly staff.
Not super varied breakfast but still very good.
It's on a sort of busy street which can be noisy but the double windows really take care of this problem.
We could easily hear other rooms, particularly the one above us everytime they were walking around.
There are no sockets next to the bed or nightstands, only by the table, and I believe this to be essential even if just a detail.

The room was tiny and faced the street.There was no light in the bathroom.There was no refrigerator.
The person who received guests looked very suspicious. He was not friendly.
He did not tell me that breakfast was not included and it cost 10 euros.
The only thing I liked was that it was close to the railway station and I was not disturbed at night.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Toulouse. Breakfast was fine and the staff were very nice and helpful..... thanks Mario!

Check-in was easy and the room was clean along with the bathroom. The room looked tidy. This hotel is located in the central area and is walkable from the main attractions. I would like to shout out to the guy who helped us check out. As we were checking out at 5 AM, even though the kitchen was not open, he helped us pack some food. It was a great gesture and we really appreciate it.
It is a good place to stay for families and couples. There is a direct bus to Airport from just outside the hotel.

it was clean and good location
it was veeeery cold and they said there was no way to heat up the room since AC is broken (?).

- clean room and nice room facilities
- Even though I am normally a heavy sleeper it was impossible for me to sleep through all the night because you can hear everything through the wall. Everytime a door closed (which even happend at 3 AM) it was liked something banged against my door. I could even hear it clearly when people were walking/running.

fantastic location, walk out onto victor hugo market and the city center starts right in front of you, 10 minute walk to the other direction is the main station opening up so many other beautiful destinations around toulouse...great staff, friendly, accommodating and english speaking
