Le personnel est agréable.
Chambre avec coin cuisine sale taché collant, distributeur de liquide vaisselle cassé/ absent et support de pommeau de douche cassé.
Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil ouon m'a répondu que quelqu'un devait passer voir mais personne n'est venu !

I arrived half an hour after the reception had closed and although I had sent them a message for my arrival they forgot to send me the key codes .I had a really hard time finding someone to help me check in

Good value comfortable apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Aldi next door and an easy tram or bus ride into the centre of town.

- for the price of a room, we got a small appartment with 2 rooms and a tiny kitchen (fully equiped)
- location is ok.... the nighborhood isnt the best, but it is neat "ALDI" and a bus station - comfortoble.
- had a tub !
- its not very clean.
- nighbprhood is not so friendly.
- room look old, and a bit smelly.
- they took 200 euro deposite, and i found out about it only a day after.....

Just the personal, they were friendly and helpful.
It was so far the worst Hotel Residence I have ever been. It needs urgent attention, I booked on 5 person apartment with 2 rooms and one sofa-bed, but it was terrible. Shower is damaged, all water goes out the shower and you have then the toilet full of water. They should repair it.
We found a big SPIDER 🕷️ between the towels, really dangerous!
We received only 1 toilet paper.
Sofa-bed is extremely uncomfortable, they should change for a new comfortable one.
TV in room was not working, even if a technical person came to try to solve it was not possible.
I think the quality - price is too high, definitely not recommended for families, probably more for backpackers travellers and if prices are 80% less.
Bad quality room, not exactly like are in the pictures. It was dirty and in general uncomfortable.

When asked for directions, the staff was unable to provide the correct position and asked for a phone charger adapter, reply no. Room TV is not working. Technician on leave,no TV the whole day.

room card did not work so we were dependent on staff to let us in if we left

Small kitchen sufficient with everything we needed close to supermarket and transport.
Easy tram to airport was perfect.
Swimming pool was clean and a good place to relax and read.

Staff being cooperative but missed some important info about WiFi password change monthly
Kitchen needs to be cleaned at checkout but we didn't find a cleaning kit.. had to buy one for cleaning it . it's a pity after paying a high price..

I liked having the view of the trees outside, the staff was kind, and the room was equipped with what I needed.
Hard square pillows (pillows should be rectangular as they're for your head, not your upper body), the sink drained very, very slowly and the freezer was jammed up with accumulated frost, so it was unusable. Whoever is supposed to take care of these things really needs to.
