The hotel is family friendly. There’s swimming pool, tennis court, ping pong tables. There’s also small library, some games for kids, tv beside reception. You can take breakfast which I really recommend as you will find anything you like and it’s really tasty.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was lovely, clean and the kids loved the swimming pool.

The breakfast and dinners were excellent especially the barbecue weekend and sangria in the house. The pool was very clean, they offered towels and its open from 9am to 9pm in the evening. The room was spacious enough for a family of three although maybe a little squeezed for big family but it was perfect for us.
More information should be shared on the available facilities including tennis court for recreation.

The receptionist remembered I'd stayed there 10 days before. The bar was still open. The room was it's normal exceptional self.

The short lift for the luggages going to the elevator was not working. We had 3 luggages to carry up the 4 steps to go to the elevator when we checked it. And we had to carry it down again the next day when we checked out.
The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. It was not cooling the room.
The elevator is small for 2 persons with luggages.

There are some steps that are an obstacle for disabled people, they have a platform/lift to save them but not very practical.

Location was fairly close to the airport, but could have been closer. The taxi that I booked with the hotel was 15 minitues late.
Decor was out dated, gad to reserve for dinner I was too late at 18:30. Room with a view, well there are no views and I had one of the air conditioning unit. Pool is cramped and tiny, not as spacious as it looks in photos.

We stayed for one night, it had tea and coffee making facility in the room. The bed was large and comfy. The air conditioning was reasonably quite, however, not very effective.
The fridge had a glass door and the internal light was faulty, as it stayed on all the time, making the room too light for me to sleep well.
