Wir hatten 2 3-Bett-Zimmer gebucht, da bei mehreren Tagen Aufenthalt ein größeres Zimmer angenehmer ist, um auch mal zusammen sitzen zu können. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück sehr gut. Wir haben sofort bei einchecken ein neues Zimmer bekommen, da mein Mann gesundheitlich eingeschränkt ist und das geplante Zimmer nur über eine Treppe erreichbar war. Das 2. Zimmer haben wir so belassen. Unser Zimmer war groß sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Das zweite Zimmer war für ein 3-Bett Zimmer sehr klein, die Schlafcouch musste nicht benutzt werden, was auch gut war. Das Zimmer machte einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck.
Keine Ablagen im Bad, neues Toilettenpapier nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhalten.

The position, once we became aware of the train, tram and bus positioning, was excellent to get to Berlin and places around Potsdam. The room, service, breakfast and storage of our bikes were good. Recommend.
Not a real dislike but a suggestion, as they don't provide any food, is to install a vending machine for some snacks ... particularly welcome late evening.

Clean, comfortable and a decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and quite. No disturbance from street traffic.
If you need to park your car, ask the hotel first then book a room. Parking places are limited and if you don't get one it's hard to find a parking spot on the streets.

Very nice, film-themed decor on the ground floor. The breakfast was all I needed, and the hotel had some good tea available.
The room I stayed in wasn't aired-out and it had a heavy sent about it. It didn't bother me too much, as the problem was fixed after opening the window for a little bit.

Having an iPad-like device provided by the hotel made things much better for me. The wide breakfast time range was also really helpful. And the staff were very friendly.
It was a bit far from the city centre, like a half hour walk.

Found a silverfish on first day.
Corners of the room not cleaned/vaccumed.
You could easily hear your neighbors.
Wifi signal got weak after 8 PM.

Lots of options for breakfast.
Location was not to far away from station. Neaborhoud was quite and safe.
I loved that i could leave my suitcase in the hotel after check-out and do some more sightseeing.
Room was clean and cosy. Bed was good.
My shower was leaking.
There was no cattle (for making an evening tea) in the room.
I missed milk alternatives at breakfast.
I could hear door slams from the hallway and there was a light coming from the hallway during the night - better door would save that problem.

Lack of TV Champions League connection, we had to go over 2 miles for match Bayern Barcelona

The scrambled eggs with the herbs in the breakfast were fantastic, as was the breakfast selection overall. The hotel is located next to a S7 subway station where the train runs every 10 mins and allows you to reach Berlin in 40 mins in a very comfortable manner; basically, you avoid the high hotel stay costs in Berlin and enjoy a 40 min subway ride through a forest and many beautiful neighbourhoods.
I cannot complain about anything.
