Das Hotel liegt zentrumsnah und bietet ein gutes ansprechendes Frühstückbuffet.
Bei meiner Buchung auf Booking.com (2 Einzelzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer bei Anreise Freitags und Abreise Sonntags) wurde seitens des Hotels angegeben, dass das Restaurant Sonntags nicht geöffnet hat. Vor Ort mussten wir dann leider feststellen, dass sowohl das Restaurant als auch die Hotelbar bereits seit längerem geschlossen sind. Da meine Ehefrau linksseitig gelähmt ist, hatte ich diese Unterkunft wegen des vorhandenen Fahrstuhls und des vermeintlichen Restaurants gebucht und war völlig enttäuscht. Die lt. dem Rezeptionsmitarbeiter fußläufig erreichbaren und naheliegenden Restaurants konnten uns wegen völliger Auslastung leider nicht bewirten.

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, großes Bett mit sehr guten Matratzen, der Fussweg in die Altstadt ist einfach, man benötigt ca. 5 Min. um an der Lahn zu sein
Das Restaurant war leider gechlossen - die Parkplätze sind für die Größe des Hotels ziemlich rar

Room with a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean with a lovely view. The shower had great water pressure, which is always a key point for me.
Can't think of anything I didn't like. Everything was excellent.

The location is excellent if you want to drop your car and luggage, and walk and explore the old town. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet and parking is available in a car park around the corner.

We paid extra to have a room with a balcony, hoping it allows for some fresh air on these hot days. We also booked a non-smoking room. Unfortunately our balcony was facing the kitchen extractor chimney, and it was above a terrace used by smokers. Strangely all non-smoking room on our floor had tables with ashtrays on the balcony. So rather than fresh air, we had smoke and kitchen fumes when we opened the balcony door. Staff were totally complacent and unreceptive when I mentioned my grievance, and the fact I paid extra for a balcony.
The pillows were very uncomfortable. Too big and firm.
The corridors are tired and uninspired. Carpet in the room worn (but clean)

3 out of four rooms were small, a small bed pressed in the corner of the room. Too small in order to sleep comfortably.

We did not have breakfast because €18,00 per person is too much and my wife eats only a little bit each morning.
The terrace behind the hotel very nice located and we had dinner there.
