wie immer die Ausstattung, das Ambiente am Empfang, Musik, Stimmmung
Frühstück ist kleiner geworden, war mit 20€ zu teuer, ich musste 20€ zahlen, weil ich von 2 Nächten nur einmal Frühstück wollte. Meine Freundin ist nur eine Nacht geblieben und musste 14.50€... die Logik erschließt sich mir nicht!

Room was towards a very active street. Breakfast was very good. I had in recent times three stay in Braunschweig, always in single rooms in three different hotels.Here, I found the best.

Very dirty, small room, hot water didn’t work, completely understaffed and not polite nor friendly

Central location of the hotel, spacious room, good shower
There was a small fire during thd night, we had to leave the hotel around 1pm and waited till firemen and police solved the problem, so had little sleep that night.

Excellent value, great firm bed, excellent full breakfast. Interior common spaces were dark we think due to art-i-ness of the hotel, but our room was light and airy and very clean. Nice hotel, great value, very cute town!

Lovely staff. We got a Pinball machine in our room and we loved it. Loads of fun. The old town is a stone throw away. The rain shower head was also very nice.
Pillows were too flat for my liking.

lovely hotel, beautiful lobby, pool table, friendly staff. the comfiest beds! and very spacious room. short walking distance to the center. sad we didn’t have time to try out the restaurant and the sauna! next time
the wait time at reception could be too long at times, to pay for parking.

welcome at the breakfast is a catastrophy. no thank you, no goodbye, young tired lady that would like to be somewhere else, no service feeling at all.

Spacious & clean room, with a very nice bathroom & walk-in shower. 5-Minute walk into the heart of the Altstadt. Plenty of secure parking around the back. Would gladly stay here again in future.

the Hotel was in a good location where everything was nearby, ranging from public pools to public transport. Everything was also nicely cleaned.
they don’t have air conditioning like they advertised and didn’t tell our family as we stayed there for 2 weeks until we questioned them on the last few days, which we found quite disorganized of them to put a whole family in one of the higher levels with the hotter rooms. There was no Safe there either so we didn’t feel safe about where we had to keep our valuables.
