Great for a longer stopover, especially with a family

Excellent choice at the buffet, including egg and pancake chefs available to make hot items to order. Good selection of fruit, vegetables and local flavours too.

An excellent hotel for anyone looking to stay in Abu Dhabi, with great food, a good room and excellent common areas.

We stayed seven days right after new year’s in the newer side of the hotel. The room was very spacious with a high ceiling and large windows to the balcony, overlooking water. The bathroom was just as good as it also was very big with both a shower and bathtub. The room service and cleaning were excellent, they also provided a candy, water bottles and some rose petals everytime they cleaned the room. The free waterbottles were a big plus since we never had to buy our own. The common areas in the hotel were good, there was a lot of different seating options both inside and outside, such as hammocks and large comfy chairs. The pool area was also very big, so was the beach area too. They had also decorated the areas very beautifully with many lights outside and christmas decorations since we stayed right after the holidays. They also had many different activities every day, such as water aerobics, kids activities, nature walks and movie time. We had booked the half pension so we got both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which was very convinient and because the food was good we were very happy with that choice. Both dinner and breakfast had many different options to choose from, there were many different kinds of foods and they had also divided them into different countries so that you got to try many new foods as well. They also had a huge selection of desserts, maybe too much to choose from since you wanted to eat everything. The staff were excellent, always smiling, genuine and it really seemed like they wanted to help you. There also was many people working in the staff which was good. The free shuttle bus also worked excellent with a good driver, and they drove several times per day (except to the mosque which was once a day). The hotel was conviniently placed right next to a shopping mall, which housed both restaurants and a grocery store. Can recommend the le coin cafe at the mall.

The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. Some places in the room were a bit dirty, but it was just because it was a bit old, not because it wasn’t cleaned propertly. Since we were staying in the newer side we always had to walk a bit to get to the elevators since that side of the building was kinda seperate from everything else, but we got used to it. There wasn’t any stairs you could quickly take to go to places so you always had to use an elevator to go elsewhere, even down to the pool area. The pool was also a bit cold, but we also got used to that.

if I had to be picky The wall controls for everything is very low next to the bed. Made it difficult to operate

Thoroughly disappointing stay as we were not able to use the main pool or nearby outdoor facilities

As first time visitors to the hotel we were upgraded to a nice room

When making the reservation I was not told about the renovation work that was going on to the main pool and there was no information about this on the website. This meant that the remaining pool was crowded and that our room overlooked a building site. Work started at 7.30am so we were woken early. My email to Mr Farouk about our stay received no response and the offer of a free lunch after we had just eaten breakfast on our last day was insufficient.

Excellent facility in a good area .. I liked the way it was linked to the mall

It’s a shame the main swimming pool is under refurbishments but transport to other pool was fast and convenient …. Only drawback food took 1 hour to arrive after ordering

في فندق شاطي النكد كانت سيئه

الغرف قديمه وحالتها مريضه جدا ولم يتغير شي كانك داخل خرابه موظف الاستقبال كان هندي وكان حقير وكان الفندق ملكه حيث وصولنا الساعه 30'1 وغير متجاوب ويريد ان يتجاهلنا لولا تدخل زميله المصري لكان علمته الادب

A great place to stay and enjoy. I recommend it

Many thanks and gratitude for the hospitality and spaciousness. I was very happy when they surprised us with a wonderful arrangement with a birthday cake for my daughter. A very good initiative from the hotel management. Our room was changed to a spacious, comfortable and quiet room. We were very happy. Thank you again.

The prices for lunch and dinner are very high. I hope the prices will be reduced

احب اشكر استاذ كارلوس علي حسن الاستقبال وترقيتة للغرفة مطلة علي الخليج وعن الفندق بشكل عام فشهادتي فية مجروحة لانة من احسن فنادق ابو ظبي عموما وايضا احب اشكر هوس كيينج (عثمان وراجا) ترتبهم للغرف ونظافتها من احسن ما يكون في النهاية نشكر جميع العاملين والقائمين علي الفندق

Прекрасная территория, пляж, вид из номера просто супер!

Отличный отель. нам повысили категорию номера при заселении - это было очень приятно. Персонал вежливый, улыбчивый, всегда идет на встречу. кухня отменная, всё очень вкусно.

The AC. was not according to standard . it was not cooling properly. Even though the lobby was little bit humid and with medium cool.Also despite i already used to press the make room button, it was early morning, staff didn’t clean my room for long time of the day, when i asked the receptionist, he requested me to call 0 !!!!!

Superb

King and attenvtive service at every point of our stay- valet, reception, beach, restourant. Clean and kept rooms and nice pools. Absolutely amazing food, stunning room. It's the nicest place I have ever stayed i. It felt like a hidden paradise, which is exactly the definition of hotel Al Raha Beach. During my stay, it was my birthday and I was surprised by a decorated with balloons table, a cake, a big bouquet with flowers and a wonderful attitude. Thank you, and we will come back!
