Amazing modernist tower building with lovely ribbon windows, perfect to enjoy the panorama but also well-shaded from morning light. Clean and comfortable room with fast WiFi. Friendly and professional staff. On a quiet zone in Buda; city centre very quick and easy to reach by public transport - bus and tram stop in front of the hotel, metro station at a stone's throw.

На свои три звезды отель прекрасно представлен. Видно, что мебель давно не обновлялась, но все чисто и аккуратно. Кровать хорошая в номере тепло и уютно. Единственное, с чем столкнулась - это проблемы с карточкой, с помощью которой никак не получалось нормально открыть дверь, она сбрасывала настройки почти сразу. Один раз вызывали мастера, который открыл дверь своим ключои (карточкой). Но это не трагично. Персонал вежлив и приветлив, всем спасибо

1. We had a shared door with the next room and we could hear everything our neighbour did or say - it was simply too noisy at 11 floor! We could not sleep well.
2. No shampoo, nor conditioner in the bathroom, the soap was more like water than a soap…
3. The breakfast was nothing special. Please wash the cucumbers before you cut them. At 10 a.m. sharp lights were off and we were asked to leave the restaurant, what a service!

Nice view, especially from the top floor rooms, good value guarded parking, good location close to metro station
Breakfast was disappointing comparing to other years i've been there. Wifi almost inexistent in the room. One window was broken and could not be closed properly. I think that rooms need restoration

Hotel - if you like vintage, cold war era style - PERFECT.
Food - OK - wasn't awesome as the reviews, but not horrible.
Room - awesome. Clean. Quiet. No smart TV.
Elevator - Not sure why everyone complains about it, I never had to wait more than 2 minutes
I would stay again. Staff spoke english and were very helpful.
The breakfast buffet, wasn't really a thing. At 0800, there should be spaghettis and salads. No egg option besides scrambled. It fit the cold war era motif, we put out what we have. No more, no less. Check out a full review on Blue Moose Traveler on utube.

No heating,i was freezing the whole time i was there,i complained,i was offered a free breakfast,it was disgusting,filthy,just horrible from the very first day,the place should be pulled down and rebuilt,the bar was cold,lobby was cold,room was freezing cold,i cant even talk about it,i will never ever go back there in my life

All the staff was kind and welcoming, the room was clean and check in was really easy ! would definitely recommend

The room was simple but clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. There was a big screen TV a small fridge and Wi-Fi internet connection. I was on the 10th floor so the view was beautiful. The breakfast was also impeccable.
The bed was a little soft for me but besides I cannot write any other things I didn't like. The hotel is a tall building with an excellent view in a good location so I'm going to book here again in the future.

it’s a very good location and comfortable hotel. There is tram stop just near the hotel, and it’s around 15 min form a city Center. Comfortable bad, warm room, good badroom. i liked the stay.
would be nice to have a kettle in the room. also the restaurant works a bit strange, it always was closed when I tried to get in.

Staff at the reception was not helpful at all. There was a problem with batteries of the TV remote control which we immediately reported and all we heard was: tomorrow, tomorrow we will buy and the issue was never solved until our checkout.
We had dinner and the food was really bad. French fries, sweet potatoes and eggs looked and tasted as if they drowned in cooking oil. Breakfast was average and could be improved.
The room was not clean and the bad was very uncomfortable.

just to name a few:
beat down hotel needing a renovation for several years now.
bathroom had the shower support broken so you couldn’t be hands free.
breakfast was appalling, when asked for bacon as the previous guests had consumed it the answer was a curt “finished”. that much I concluded as well. they would not replenish it. even the scrambled eggs were replenished with a bad attitude although this all happened in the last third of the period allotted for breakfast at 8:30.
middle of the night 3 times the fire alarm went off at 4am because a film crew blew the sensors with smoke in the kitchens I was informed, happily I needed not go up the 11 stairs in foot.
oh and the windows on the 11th floor were possible to open completely. their basculating feature was even disabled. and in need of dire cleaning.
not to repeat.
paid for 3 stars got 2… barely.

I only disliked that it was very cold during the night.

everything else . dirty , old, smelly . sipder webs , 50 years old furniture. mould.
the house keeping staff looks like criminals. i went back to the room to take my money when i’ve seen them. off course safe is out of work.

Honestly, the whole hotel needs a total redo. Feel bad having to write this, but, everything seemed neglected and disappointing. Breakfast was cold with few options and stale bread. Almost everything is old and there seems no rush to change.

It is a nicely located and stylish hotel on the Buda side with lots of unused potentials.
Rooms are far from being clean. Towels are worn out, the refrigerator should be de-iced more frequently. Breakfast is simple, disorganized, and overly understaffed.

The location was a bit near city center and also the view from my room was magnificent

The location was ok, close to center by foot or by tram; lots of shops and restaurants nearby; also parking places nearby; if you go in weekend the parking was free around the hotel;
Everything is old and obsolete ( bathroom, furniture, the room doors) ; The hotel needs an upgrade; Also the cleaning wasn't the best;
Breakfast was sufficient but the products were low quality.
