Lokalita super, snídaně výborná, pokoj OK.
Maličko by to chtělo zapracovat na údržbě, ale jsou to maličkosti jako ušpiněná zeď, obouchnuté dlaždičky. V koupelně by se hodila polička u umyvadla. Na chodbě poničený koberec. Jsou to drobnosti, které ale dělají celkový dojem.

Very comfortable beds. Large room. We had two double rooms. Stayed one night, on way from long drive. Very nice woman who met us with bags of breakfast as the children did not want to eat breakfast so early.
A younger guy who met us at the reception late in the evening was not very service oriented. He didn't even get up from the chair. The hotel's parking lot in the courtyard was full. We wanted to know if it was possible to park right outside. He replied that he did not know as he did not have a driver's license. A hotel guest helped us.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. We were provided a covered and secured area for our bikes.

this is our 4th stay at this hotel..it is like our home in Brno..breakfast is very good with a good selection of food and drinks..this time i really liked the sweet selection of the breakfast, the cakes were very delicious...rooms are always clean and comfortable...staff always helpful..the location of the hotel is very nice, very close to the park and the tram stops..and walking distance to the center of the city..we love this hotel.
there is nothing to complain about the hotel but only negative thing was the bath tube in the bathroom as it was too high to get into it or out..for old people or middle-aged people like us it might be a bit dangerous, risk of falling down.

Lot of choice at breakfast. We were always full.
We could not heat the room above 20-21 degrees. (We are used to 23 degrees at home.)
But the European norm from this year 19 degree.

Good location. Good value for money.
The big bathroom window had no blinds, curtains, nothing - everybody from the opposite building could see everything and everybody.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good shower.
Very noisy from other rooms and from the hallway. Staff limits themselves to the most basic interactions and are not particularly helpful or friendly. Breakfast options are nothing special for the price.

A very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast. the staff were friendly. we wanted to stay an extra night but they were fully booked. A great location just a little out of the old town, but not too far away.

The hotel had a convenient location close to the city centre and tram stop going directly to the main train station. The bathroom was rather large and equipped with all necessary amenities in a decent state. The room was sufficiently clean.
My hotel card did not work for the street door, luckily there was always someone present at the reception. It was not possible to lock the room door. The accoustics in the hotel (I was staying on the ground floor) was awful, I was woken up to a terrifying noise of footsteps every time someone was passing my door - a carpet in the hallway would really help here.

Location is perfect. Just in the center.
Breakfast was pretty good for starting your day with lots of choices.
Near by is a hotel EFI with nice food and a small brewery with excellent beer and the price was good.
Also on the left side of the hotel is a small coffee shop with a nice coffee and very tasty cakes.
If you want a hotel in town we high recommend!

Bathroom clean and modern.
Breakfast had good variety and kept being refilled - pretty tasty.
Parking can be reserved in a private courtyard of the hotel.
Location is quite good, not far from the center and surrounded on the other side by a large park. Also the street of the hotel is nice and peaceful.
Small annoyance - the electricity of the room is controlled by keeping the room card on the entrance (as is normal), except it controls the fridge plug as well. When you are away whatever food you have there can spoil.

was clean, bathroom was recently renovated and super tidy. good location
walls are really thin so you hear literally everything what’s goin on in the room of your neighbors. I was unlucky to get loud one and couldn’t sleep

A nice small place with historical vibes. Enjoyed the furniture in the room and spacious corridor. Everything's fine and worth staying in this place.
Nothing special I would say because everything was fine. Maybe the price is a little too high for the place.

Nice hotel, city center in walking distance, quiet neighborhood, a very nice park close by, friendly staff, solid European breakfast, the room was clean and spacious enough, it is definitely worth the money i paid.
There could be a better soap in the bathroom. Regarding breakfast: there could be also some water, there were only sweet juices. Scrambled eggs could be better prepared. I didn't like them because they were cold already.
