Great service and location. The grounds are massive, they must host lots of events. Just a short walk to a small but beautiful beach. The breakfast selection was amazing. The restaurant was reasonably priced and had excellent service, but both the pasta and main course we had were just average.

The rooms were cute, but the bed was sadly a very uncomfortable push together.

Clean property and rooms. Luggage assistance. Good welcome and checkin procedures. Lovely continental breakfast with fresh fruit, hot dishes, cakes and table service.

the location is amazing so are the amenities at your disposable. the hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

the only downside of this stay was the comfort of our sleep: two single bed joint together to form a double bed with two stiff mattresses made our sleep quite uncomfortable.

staff extremely friendly, nice area around the property, good food, accommodating to the vegetarian and late check out, towels for the pool provided.

phone didn’t work in the room, cold pools (heated meant lukewarm at most for the jacuzzi), paintwork needs to be done in the room, shampoo provided not very nice, lots of dead mosquitoes in the bathroom, very bad faculties in the village surrounding

This hotel is perfectly situated in Amalfi, the room is nice, the staff is friendly and we can only recommend it.

Well , advertised as beach front but could not see it beach or water from anywhere, maybe the roof . 2. We went to check in and they could not find our reservation- when showing the it on my phone they still didn’t know what type of room . They tried contacting someone and could not reach them by phone. 3. Got to our room is smelled musty, and balcony was a 4-6 ft porch buried behind over grown bushes. The doorway was bug infested and eaten wood, maybe termites I'm not sure. 4.we complained and the person on duty was a nasty , unbelievably nasty!!! I asked her name she would not give it to me so I took her photo , hopefully I’ll be able to post in reviews. WE asked to talk to the manager and could not be found, nor would they give me his name. 5. They offered us another room but could not tell us the rate difference, it was a suite. So frustrated with the service we left and had an amazing night in a different location. 6. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND, Everything about Booking.com advertisement was WRONG. 7. After I posted this review I received a letter saying I need to take it down or they would contact Italian authority? Hmmm interesting

the AC unit dripped. it was noisy all night. the room smelled of mold.

The room was large, clean, comfortable, and cool.

The hotel had problems with the number of available rooms and tried to send us (and did send others in our group) to an off-site Airbnb that was not the same quality.

it’s quite run down and they have a lot of weddings, etc. which are noisy and disruptive as they close the restaurant and bar so you can’t get food or drinks

“Rooms” are VERY spread out and long walks from each other…as in up to 15 minutes. Some golf carts could help the situation.

Everything was good. 10 minutes from a private beach. One had to hire an unbrella and sunbed for the day at 50 Euros per pair but stand up paddle and plastic kayaks and kids toys thrown in for free. warm water. fun for kids. Pool facilities were adequate

nothing i did not like

Rooms not in hotel located too far away so we had to get a taxi to be collected back and too for breakfast etc. Felt everything we asked for was too much trouble for the staff. Also when we arrived told us we couldnt check in until 6pm, not impressed as we were attending this hotel for a friends wedding.

Hotel is stunning to look at great for a wedding or to relax.

Check in was at 5pm instead of 2 pm even though we call ahead to check in early as we had a weeding to attend.. Also on second night the cleaners came to clean our room at 7pm. Staff at front desk very uninterested at times.

Hotel Olllastu has an excellent location, close to some of the best beaches in Sardinia. it was comfortable and the condos were allowing for extra privacy. The pools area, with flowers around and mesmerising views were the best feature of the hotel!

One thing that made a bad impression the first day when we arrived was how long we waited for the room to be ready. We did arrived early (12pm) and we were ok with the waiting until 2pm, when normal check ins happens. We had lunch, coffee…we enjoyed the complex. However, we were told a few times after 14:00 that the room is not ready and that usually it is done ‘in the afternoon’.?! We were the only guests waiting, there were no others, yet, it seemed to us that either the cleaning team was too small or they had to clean all rooms first.
