Fantastisch!

Het centrum was binnen een paar minuten te bereiken. Het ontbijt was heerlijk! Bedden super! Cartagena is een prachtige stad! Wandel zeker naar boven zodat je het amfitheater van daaraf kunt zien! Prachtige uitzichten. Boottocht door de haven is ook aan te raden!

Niets viel er tegen!

Estancia excepcional

Las habitaciones son extremadamente amplias, y están perfectamente limpias. Me encantaron los enormes ventanales, y la ubicación, tan cercana a los espacios más céntricos. El desayuno también estaba increíble.

Por desgracia, la calle en la que se ubica es muy céntrica y, a pesar de que nos alojamos en las plantas más altas, se escuchaba perfectamente el gentío de la calle (y eso que era entresemana). Sin embargo, eso no es responsabilidad del personal del hotel (muy amable, por cierto).

Excellent value for money

The hotel is spotlessly clean and well located close to the town and the port. The room was larger than we expected and comfortable. The staff are efficient and friendly and breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Publicité sur les sites trompeuses, photos grand buffet du petit déjeuner, c’est tout simplement un buffet type formule 1 . L’accueil basique ou son les 4 toiles. Chambre propre, manque pour un 4 étoiles une chaine française. Ou sont les corbeilles d’hygiène et de bien venu présenter sur les sites. Manque oreillers et couvertures. Ou est le parking de l’hôtel ?

Inchecken en parkeren goed geregeld. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Direct in het centrum van deze geweldige stad.

Ótima localização, funcionários atenciosos e bom custo benefício.

Localização excelente! Quarto e banheiro com um tamanho acima da média. Café da manhã muito bom. Ótimo custo benefício.

Faltou copo para beber água no quarto. A iluminação de emergência fica florescente, acesa a noite toda no hall de entrada do quarto, me atrapalhou a dormir. O cheiro do corredor dos apartamentos estava muito ruim, não consegui identificar o motivo.

all in all we enjoyed our stay in Cartagen, hotel location was good and the staff were very pleasant

The room and location we found was of four star standard, unfortunately the breakfast there wasn't no warm food at all except for toast.

Breakfast, and there was quite a lot of noise from the street below.

Excellent location for the concert we went to on Sunday night. Staff were good, friendly. Very large comfortable bed, I slept really well. Despite the pieces I did not like they by and large didn't impact on our short overnight stay and the convenience to everything we wanted would mean I would consider this hotel again despite some shortcomings, next time I wouldn't book breakfast.

Several aspects in the hotel were worn and no sign of any attempt to improve or repair them. Not what I expect from a 4* hotel. The photos of the room I booked showed a coffee maker, there was not one in the room, there were said to be 2 bottles of water in the mini-fridge but it was empty. WE prebooked breakfast, it was barely adequate, EG. the juice machine, what was supposed to be orange just looked and tasted like dirty water. There was a good quantity and variety of food but it all looked to be the cheapest you could buy, not a hint of class about it. Our €13 would have been better spent at one of many cafes within a few hundred metres.

central location, room nice and clean, good shower !

no fault of the hotel, but noisy early in the morning from workers who started early across from outer street, also some late night revellers in Rick’s bar on the Main Street but it’s holiday season and this is understandable!

Perfect location, city centre but on the side street. Room was very large, perfect for family with toddler. Cot for toddler was the largest one we ever got in a hotel! Bed was comfy bathroom large and clean. We were very happy with this hotel.

Comfortable, good value-for-money hotel in a convenient location with gracious staff.

Location was convenient. It was clean. Loved that they had a coffee and tea machine in the lobby for free drinks.

Fabulous location Modern and clean

The only thing I was a little disappointed in was check in was 2pm we arrived at 2.30pm and our room wasn’t ready and had to wait for a further 15-20 minutes

Nice hotel, excellent location. Some small changes would make this a great hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a few minutes walk form all the bars and restaurants etc. Very polite helpful staff. Nice size room.

It would of been nice to have had an extra pillow in the wardrobe should you wish to use more than the 1 fairly flat one provided. The fridge in the room also did not work, nor did one of the bedside lights. Unfortunately we were in a room right opposite the lift doors, therefore people waiting for lifts at varying hours didn't appreciate people could be sleeping there. Also 2 hairs in the bathroom.
