El precio incluyendo parking y desayuno era muy bueno. La cama era muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y la luz de cortesía del baño para no molestar por la noche nos gustó mucho y nos llamó la atención
Las almohadas se podían mejorar y echamos de menos una nevera aunque fuese pequeña. Tiene habitaciones comunicadas y casi accedemos a la otra pensando que era el baño.

The hotel was OKish for one night. Very friendly staff, no major issues with cleanliness, has secure underground parking. Lady at the reception gave us some pointers where we could eat something nearby as we arrived late and tired.
The room had a horrible lingering smell of (probably) chemicals they used to clean it. It was strong enough to keep me up at night. We opened the window but it's next to a busy road so we added noise to the equation.
It was cheep though, so I guess you get what you pay for.

clean and smelt lovely. staff were friendly. breakfast was lovely. lots to choose from.
personal preference but bed was too hard and only one thin pillow. Ran out of toilet paper in two of the four rooms booked. yes could have asked for more but got some from our car as middle of night.

The staff were really good and the place was spotlessly clean
Thr beds. The mattresses were very hard, like sleeping on the floor, and the pillows were very thin and offered no support at all.

Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, location suits me because I visit friends who live nearby.
It was quite noisy on 2 of the 3 nights I was there (but not too bad). If you have a group of schoolchildren staying, it might be better to give them a separate breakfast time - but again this wasn't a big problem and I don't want yo exaggerate.

The staff was great, except the breakfast people who seemed on a rush.
The reception was impecable, answered all my questions and even came to my room to help me reset the tv on 2 occasions.
The first room they gave me smelled of smoke, but they were very nice to change me to another room.
Breakfast was very bad, even the coffee was not good. But there are plenty of bakeries around so I went out mostly for breakfast. It is a long walk to the city center and tourist part of town, but doable. There are no Ubers only taxis and are pricey.

Good location with underground parking.
Bus stop to the centre of Zaragoza was 5 mins away & a supermarket too.The bus journey was 15 min into the plaza de Espania.
Hotel reception was very basic and not very inviting.

The staff and the clininesess are outstanding for a 3* star hotel. Surely it deserves more, but maybe with a little effort will reach 4* soon.
It's the second time I stayed at this hotel, so I am going to come back to it. There is nothing I would improve.

Hotel has easy access from highway which is why we choose it. It offers a clean and conformable room. The parking is not well posted so not easy to find at first.

Stopped for a night on my way to Bilbao and the Hotel is fit for the purpose. Amazing quality/price, rooms r clean, bright and spacious, breakfast is decent and there's underground parking available
