beautiful hotel, very well located. Our room was facing the ocean and the view was amazing. Breakfast was so good with a variety of options and accommodating for my dietary requirements. The Talaso was such a great experience — we did a lot of water sports and the Talaso was exactly what we needed to relax and recover!

Great breakfast, the room was upgraded without any cost, very pleasant staff and the spa experience was wonderful although on Sunday afternoon pretty much overcrowded, the other days were good.

Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked so we were unable to get a table.

Restaurant super, staff efficient, friendly but informative about the menu and the wine. Service excellent and selection at breakfast vast.
Having to wait until 3pm instead of 2 pm to access our room when it was 37 degrees heat. The A/C noisy and not very effective.

Suites can be bit noisy from adjoining rooms bit overpriced for what it is, as rooms are bit tired and not great quality
