A trip to remember

Excellent location in Elviria, beach was 1 minute walk , local shops restaurants grocery stores accessible by foot.

Super location Nice and spacious Lovely bathrooms Good air-conditioning

Balcony is like a green house. Those glass panels need to be removed. Getting our apartment was difficult as we had a late flight and reception closed at 4pm!!!!

Exceptional

The whole complex was beautiful, lovely pool, gardens and apartment was spacious and we had a pool view. Staff very friendly and food at restaurant is excellent

Disapointed

we came back to the resort after a stay last year which we were delighted with but each apartments are individually owned and this year we got a rotten one

old tired in much need of renovation - we stayed in a 3 bed penthouse - the toilet was broken in 2nd bedroom and the shower was broken too, there was no hot water in the master bedroom en-suite sink, towels were dirty, one socket had exposed wires coming from them, in all three bathrooms the toilet roll holders were broken, the kitchen only had an almost travel sized kettle that only boiled 2 cups worth of water and occasionally wouldn’t work we ended up boiling water in a pan for a cup of coffee, there were only 2 loungers for 6 guests, the sun umbrella was clearly broken and the sun deck hadn’t been cleaned all season - so disappointed 😔

The location super and the garden beautiful

Reception does not work properly. Not possible to enter to area in evening, no one asnwers the official given numbers, was sent no door passcode. Security speaks zero English either has no interest about quests within evening arrivals. Main pool should be closed in May at 21.00 but still was still closed 19.00.

loved apt, would stay again - be wary of balcony for toddlers

bright and spacious

balconies exceptionally unsafe for young kids (seat built in to wall acts as step) - we only went out during nap time as we didn’t even want our daughter to know the balcony door opened. freezer didn’t freeze properly

The pool is freezing and jacuzzi also which was annoying. the Wi-Fi in apartments is also poor which makes it hard to work if needed.

nice but….

the garden was well kept,

the restaurant was bad, breakfast from 10 o’clock, the water of the pool very warm, the information about facilities poor, in the sleeping room the noise of the street bothered very much

Disappointing and not worth the cost.

We liked the grounds, pool facility. Onsite restaurant Staff friendly. Afterhours Security Staff very helpful.

1. Quality of apt. accommodation was far below expectations compared to various unit photos on website (2-star quality). Very limited remodeling in suite. Bed comfort very poor. We paid far too much for this level of accommodation. 2. Male Reception Staff not overly helpful.......service without a smile. Female Reception Staff Member very helpful and friendly. 3. Air conditioning not on when we arrived (Security Staff had to start the AC). TV remote not working and need to be replaced. 4. Car rental was delivered with filthy exterior.....no car wash.

The gardens around the apartments were beautiful and the pool area was well tended and comfortable, we found sun beds every visit. the staff were friendly and approachable.

Everything. The apartment was amazing with everything we needed. The pool bar was exceptional and the staff super friendly. Amazing location. Amazing gardens. Couldn’t fault it.

I like the resort. Gardens were beautiful. Apartment was spacious. It was a bit loud from the Nikki Beach club on some days but I would be happy to return to the same resort again. I also liked the people working in the reception, they were very helpful and we really liked the close location to the beach. The swimming pool looked lovely too.

STAY AWAY!! WE GOT ROBBED !

DO not book here!! we have been robbed at the hotel luggage documents valuable 1 day we arrived!! there is no security ( hotel claims they have ) no working camera no seif in the room! we found room trashed also 2nd day after robbery. they were looking for things to robb. We have been left with nothing familiy with 2 kids!! We have complaint to police and booking!

Swimming pool area wasn’t too crowded but was June. Good location

On arrival luckily enough day time no water in fridge if late you would need to go shopping. No local shop to buy anything. Needed to go to the supermarket which was a good ten minute walk if your fit !!!!!

Had a lovely week - excellent location and good facilities. Spotlessly clean and staff were excellent.

While the apartments are nice and the kitchen was very well equipped. Location is excellent just a very short stroll down to the beach. However, our apartment decor (apartment 33 in Las Arrianes) was a little dated. The furniture on the balcony, in particular,was too big and made the area cluttered and difficult to move around. I also thought there was a lack of storage in the Master bedroom. Would have liked to have a more available reception service. Reception closes at 5 pm and nobody was available after that for queries, just a security guard who could not speak English! Would also like some evening entertainment in the bar area.
