Zimmergeruch moderig, Handtücher dreckig, Kaffee ungenießbar, alles roch schimmelig, Cola wässerig- viel Zeug aufgetischt, aber nichts schmackhaft, abends laut, Strand nicht gepflegt

Meg voltunk elegedve

Ar érték aranyban nagyon meg voltunk elégedve. Nem új szálloda, vannak ennél jobb, drágább és modernebbek, de nekünk tetszettek a hangulatos kis szobák kerttel. Választásunk Hurghadatol távolabb esett, nagyobb nyugalom miatt. Sikerült, megkaptuk! Karácsonykor voltunk, rajtunk kívül meg mondhatni nagyon sokan, főleg nemetek es oroszok, de más nemezetek is. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész volt es jól megoldotta a tömeget,Mindenféle korosztályból. Szobát jól takarították, tiszta volt mindig! Animátorok gondoskodtak reggeli szrechingrol, kis tánc, röplabdázás, esti programról. Homokos part közel volt, tetszett. Közepesen választékos ételek, mindig találtunk újat es finomat, grill, sok saláta, sütemények amik talán lehettek volna változatosabbak… Szálláson kívül programokra is volt lehetőség , amit jöttek értünk es leszerveznek! Összességébe nagyon tetszett es vágyunk vissza!

Rien , hôtel vétuste et nourriture pas terrible du tout !

Very good

There was an alcoholic and non-alcoholic discussion in the reservation. Since we checked in at night, we went to our room with the stress of it, and then they fixed this problem.

Nice and calm hotel, perfect sea, amazing food and staff

Nice quiet hotel, not many people, free and clean beach, a lot of free spaces there, which means you don't have to wake up early to book a place. Not many kids around, very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very good and friendly, especially animators. Maybe rooms are old fashioned and not that fancy, but I enjoyed the stay a lot. Meals fantastic, it's impossible to resist eating everything, seriously. Cafeteria is cleaned very well, they have quite strict standards of cleaning. The sea is great for snorkeling. It was a really good stay

The hotel is a little bit far away from Hurghada and it has quite high prices for some trips, so try to find it online. You'll also need a sim-card with internet, don't try to use it in hotel, it's bot working

The best thing about this hotel was the turtle that came there to feed on sea grass. Room service. The ordinary staff was very kind. Comfortable mattresses for sleeping. Sufficient selection of food, but it could have been more seasoned.

Reception staff and hotel management. Beware of this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for two main reasons. The first is that when booking, the hotel stated on the Booking pages that one free date change is possible. However, if you wanted to change the date through your reservation in Booking, it was not possible. It was only possible through the hotel reception, which illegally charged a higher price than the hotel stated in the given date on the booking pages (the price in the second term was the same as in the first term). Fortunately, the difference in price was refunded to us through Booking. I consider it an attempt to rob us. The second serious thing to watch out for is ALL INCLUSIVE services. The hotel offers room bookings with prices listed for ALL INCLUSIVE services, which for clients around the world also means locally produced alcoholic beverages. When booking this room, nothing else was mentioned on the Booking. In the hotel's special requirements, it was only stated that the room price "promotion" is only for citizens and residents of Egypt and is based on SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE (does not include locally produced alcoholic beverages). Despite the fact that we were not citizens of Egypt, but foreign tourists, and we purchased a room with the indicated ALL INCLUSIVE service, and the room was not even listed as a special offer on the Booking, the staff at the reception gave us yellow wristbands, which included only SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICES without locally produced alcoholic beverages. I consider it a fraud on the clientele. It was not possible to come to an agreement with the management at the reception and when we contacted the hotel officially through Booking to give us an opinion on this, we have not received any response from them until today. These are the two main reasons why I do not recommend this hotel.

Pleasant

The staff are very nice and friendly. The beach is sandy and clean. The restaurant outdoor area and bar is enjoyable.

The facility was much older than expected that it needs complete renovation, else the rest was very good. Adding more variety to the meals would be better, however it was okay and the staff were very friendly.

Superb

We spent almost three weeks in this hotel and we enjoyed every single day. The stuff was amazing from reception (we changed the room on arrival with no problem, no extra cash in passport how its common in Egypt), waiters (they were very lovely and always smile), chefs (they prepared extra meal for me upon request of my husband and it was delicious), cleaners (they kept our room and all surroundings clean at all times), gardeners (so much greenery around, very pleasing to walk around), animation team (they made interesting program but they were not pushy if you did not want to participate, great), even the beach sellers were very polite and respectful.... and I could go on. The hotel is a bit older but therefore great. Location is very quiet, beach is amazing.

The gym is not good at all but it made us swim a lot.

The beach is really good for swimming, especially with kids. Food was also good and diverse.

We lived in a big hotel building, the rooms there are really old, but spacy. The windows make noise by windy weather. And the most unpleasant - in front of the building there is a huge generator, that they are turning on "in case of emergency". It happens rather often, especially disturbing at night, as it is very loud. The conditions of the territory are mostly sad (flower beds are an ecxeption, they are pretty)

Paradise abu soma is good value for the money, but some of the staff behaves unprofessionally.

Taken into consideration that this hotel is a budget alternative, the food and service in the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. You got what you needed, not more not less, everything clean and proper.

For my wife and me all was good, but our daughter received unwanted attention from the staff on a daily basis, from obvious flirting when ordering services, to ass grabbing and invites to their appartement at night. A highly unprofessional approach that seemed to be condoned by the management as there were several examples that staff and former staff were romantically involved with the guests.

It has access to a not so bad beach.

I found a lizard in the room as soon as I got in. The rooms and furniture are very old. The shower is not clean. The facilities and services are not worth what I paid and this place is not a resort.

first of all this hotel suppose a 4 star but its deserve 2 stars only .a very old small room , the safety deposit box was locked during my stay no solution even after calling reception more than one time , no service at the beach for drinks and food only one place for beverages beside the restaurant , limited variety & very very low quality of tasteless food , same dishes for diner and lunch , no AC in the only restaurant , no snacks within the all inclusive stay , stuff was very rude. i think this hotel opened in 1980 and no renovation happened since .

The beach

The hotel is too old and the maintenance is very poor The photos of the hotel are far away from the reality The reality is much worse than it could be described The room has no kettle which is really wired to understand There is almost no snacks within the all inclusive stay The water dispensers are very limited that you are always nit able to drink a cold water Overall, this hotel needs to be revamped and the photos should be honestly updated with the current hotel situation finally, the stay wasn’t worthy and that shouldn’t be a minimum level to even think about it again

good place with good services and wonderful beach

we were angry at the beginning because the tennis court was out of work ( under repair) but the hospitality from the team there compensated for that. The front disc guys were more than wonderful especially Mr. A Aziz. the main chief was wondering in the restaurant checking every thing himself. The beach was beautiful and so was the pool .

there should be more, care for the playgrounds and tennis court. the Wi Fi can be better
