great location, great staff, excellent facilities, plenty of pool side loungers, opposite a beach.

Buffet style Breakfast was good, always availability and plenty of food, rooms are average size, location is good opposite a beach, with a pleasant 20mins walk to the 'old town'.

'English breakfast' tea bags ran out, and I'm not a fan of the plenty of 'fruit' flavoured teas available.

superb place to stay if you are looking for a smart hotel with a beach side location. staff were friendly and attentive

pool facilities and location (very close to beach) were excellent. room was clean and very smart.

Lovely, would hopefully return in the future.

It was clean, the staff friendly and helpful . The pool was great. Rooms comfortable.

Very nice business trip

location is excellent (beach just behind the hotel, city center within a 15 minute walk), free private parking, fabulous breakfast (exceptional variety and all fresh), clean and comfortable rooms, balcony with sea view, swimming pool

hotel is renovated (it's not brand new), so you can still feel its legacy, but although it has undergone important updates and renovations I feel it is still a bit overpriced, so it really depends if you do mind that extra 30% you pay to have all its facilities within the paid price or not

Reasonable hotel but require serious review to improve standard.

The location close to town and across the road to the beach. The swimming pool.

The room was poorly finished and required few maintenance items. The location by of the smoking stations at the hotel entry, we first were surprised to push thru 8 women standing and smoking at the entry. We had to push thru the stink of the smoke. Not a good first reception.

A disappointing staff which I would not recommend

The breakfast was ok but the evening meal was alful. Food dry and over cooked reheated from the day before and lots of frozen food

The staff were unprofessional The pool was not cleaned The room was not clean on arrival or cleaned properly every day There was not enough storage for belongings having to live out of a suite case

Friendly staff, good location and clean comfortable room with excellent breakfast.

Good location just short walk to town,clean good sized room with helpful staff and excellent breakfast with good service and food provided. Plus great views across Bay over pool .

Small problem with toilet which staff sorted out promptly,otherwise nothing major and felt staff attentive to problems.

Good if you just want to sleep.

The location was great and exactly as stated, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great and WiFi good.

The hotel was supposed to be 4*. However, in comparison to the other 4* in Croatia, this was very different. The entrance was not clear, and neither were the paths to get in and out of the hotel. On one occasion, we followed signs to an outside gate, which was locked. The pool was empty, and we were not informed of this prior. The room was basic and unclean. Dust and repairs needed. Also couldn't have a bath because the plug was broken. It was also quite dark due to the placement of lights. It also seemed the breakfast was over staffed with waiters standing watching you eat just waiting g to clear tables. The hot chocolate from the bar was also like drinking melted chocolate.
