Modern hotel with good amenities close to CBD

Everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. Spacious rooms, beds were comfy, shower was good. Easy to walk to the CBD and harbour area, although uphill on the return. Valet parking available or save some money and park yourself in the adjacent multi storey car park.

Wifi not great, but we were at the end of the corridor. Breakfast extensive although the room was quite crowded.

Glorious stay! Perfect recharge for the start of my holiday

The spa was the perfect place to unwind after a long flight! The bed was super comfy and the decor was fab!

Thin-walled room

The room is so clean and very comfortable

The room has poor sound insulation; I can hear everything outside, including people's conversations and maintenance work with a drill.

Amazing!

Location was perfect, we were getting married on Shortland street so was great to be able to pop down! Staff were all lovely! And a nice touch that a bottle of bubbles was sent up to our room to celebrate our wedding! Really loved the stay!

New Zealanders are among the nicest folks, hotel was nice, friendly & highly recommend the Luxe massage to reguvinate after long flights

Great location Reception staff at check-in was great Great gym, pool, and sauna

Bar staff service was poor, and all the drinks we wanted to order from the menu were not avai lable. The room was average for a double queen, I should have paid a bit more for a better size and quality room. Average breakfast and slow service. I have experienced this from my last bookings made by booking.com that no mini bar is available in the room and no water bottles on arrival. I feel that booking.com guests are treated differently for some reason.Maybe because of a cheaper deal? I won't recommend it if you are paying above $300 plus a night.There are other better options available.

Pullman Auckland Hotel had everything we needed. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and very modern. The staff were handled my queries fast and efficiently in the upmost highest professionalism and were very welcoming and helpful.

The prawns on the room service menu was overpriced. $28 for 3 prawns and sauce is a bit excessive.

Wish we picked a better hotel.

Staff were friendly, location was good

The lighting in the room was bad, room was dark was hard to get ready, mirror placement randomly placed, shower was trickling and not up to standard, a bit dated, no fan in the bathroom, sink didn’t drain well, the restaurant food is basic and over priced, we asked if we could use the drink voucher in the restaurant and we were not told cocktails are not included until it was time to pay, we expected more from the price. I don’t think we will stay there again.

Would definitely stay longer next time to get full Pullman experience

Location great. Suite exceeded expectations- very roomy. Best bed to sleep in Great we were able to check into our room ahead of time.

We loved our stay

The location was excellent, we walked to most places. The bed was super comfortable and the facilities were fabulous. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. We loved our stay and would return.

Luxurious and comfortable stay a short walk from the main city blocks

Everything was clean and modern, the coffee machine looked brand new! The room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. We ordered room service and the meals were delicious!

There was no 'main' room light, so to get enough light at night we needed to go around and turn on all the little lamps and reading lights. Plus, the phone wouldn't connect to the spa (even reception tried to redirect me, to no avail), so I had to walk down after trying all morning, and ended up missing out on being able to book in a massage as the last morning slot was taken just as I arrived downstairs. This wouldn't have happened if I was able to actually call/be connected to the spa.

Wonderful first trip to Auckland - we'll be back!

The hotel was really lovely. We stayed in a 'residence' which had a kitchenette and we also asked for an extra bed for our son. The room was exceptional. The hotel's facilities were also wonderful for our family - heated pool and well equipped gym. The location was also very good - a short walk to the city, easy access to buses, taxi's, boats on the harbor. We would definitely look to stay at the Pullman again.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was a wonderful place to holiday with a young family.

Friendly staff......clean as rooms.....

$42.00 cooked breakfast....for my 13 year old.....and myself. $84.00 ,,,,,,hey not saying you don't have wide range...great range in fact.........and also was there 3 days and nights....spending alot on coffee frm bar.. the only person that could make a flat white was .. .Anna...I think....morning shift of 23th....all guy staff need extensive retraining......at $6 a coffee....I would expect better......but 5 stars everything else.......

Very enjoyable.

The service was great and the beds were very comfortable. I loved which facilities were available (pool, spa, sauna, steam room). The location was great, not too far from the city but also slightly away from the chaos for CBD. Great for families, my 6month old was gifted a kiwi and it’s his new favourite toy.

The heated pool was still too cold for me to swim in. The bathroom lights flickered and the shower could’ve been better (there were patches on the wall and some edges peeling).

Everything was excellent, but the shower let it down terribly.

The bar staff were amazing, the room was also amazing mostly.

The shower was the only thing that I didn’t like at all. It was the worst shower I have experienced to the point it ruined everything else that was exceptional. The pressure was terrible and the temperature was mostly cold, but worse because it was hot then cold constantly.

Superb

The spa, pool and sauna are amazing. Nice view of Albert Park. Felt quiet and peaceful in the rooms even though in lobby it seemed busy. The doorman is really lovely too.

Interiors of rooms definitely haven’t been updated in a long time so they don’t feel fresh and contemporary. But for the price, cleanliness and spa facilities it was perfect.
