The hotel location was very good. The hotel reception & evening bar/restaruant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room: very worn-out facilities. Bathroom door was falling apart from where it had been splashed by water from the shower. The sink tap was worn out and difficult to operate. The sink water pressure was too so that the water splashed out over the sink and over me. The toilet flush didn't work at all well, was dificult to push (both buttons) and the flush unit continually tried to fill the cistern - continuous flow of water into the bowl all through the night! There was no hair-drier provided. Breakfast: The breakfast staff seemed superficially freindly and efficient but didn't seeem sincere about serving customers.

The staff were very nice and friendly.

There were stains all over the carpet, the mattress was really hard and uncomfortable, the air conditioning was faulty and wasn't cooling the room. The view was not even close to what we expected.

You are not told on Trip adviser , Booking .com , or the Park Inn reviews or web site that this hotel is used to house 50 permanent refugees. This puts extreme pressure on the already low number of staff employed . Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a challenge as government guests nearly occupied the whole area and food was in short supply as kitchen found it difficult to keep up with demand . Once breakfast was finished all other areas of the Hotel were populated by groups of males and females passing time before Lunch and presume evening meal . Sad to see and you have to empathise with their situation . Hotel passed its prime and most areas shabby and in need of refurbishment . Not a recommendation I’m afraid and rather annoyed that no mention made of the use being made of this Hotel when booking . Couldn’t understand what there were 3 permanent security guards based in the foyer at all times until picture became clear . Hotel life continued and conference rooms were being used by various groups . Car parking expensive at £20 for overnight stay and no concession for staying at the Hotel.

Breakfast was good, but I paid for 3 breakfasts and only had one. So next time I will not order breakfast and pay for it sperately if needed.

Location is close to sea, train station, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was filled with light, quiet but and had view of beach.

Light in shower didn’t work, electronic key was problematic, carpets in public areas were stained and in need of cleaning/replacement.

Was first taken to a room that was having maintenance done. Pre booked a bottle of bubbly for our anniversary which we wanted for breakfast and paid for to be told sold out and could only offer wine which we thought would be complimentary and a refund which didn't happen. Staff not very sympathetic spoilt the start of my anniversary. Carpet in room wasnt that clean in parts.

Price vice too expensive, not clean at all. Actually, that hotel is main running through local council all corridor carpet are dirty, all corridor are fully smell of smoke. I stayed in room 316 carpet was very dirty after I spend £130 just used that room only for sleep at night. Morning when went for breakfast me and my partner we didn't enjoy it. Staff was OK. We used gym but gym was full of under 12 kids and there was camera in the gym but hotel staff didn't bother I called them and inform them. Better there is other hotel which is not mentioned on booking.com I would recommend people to try book there.

The hotel unfortunately is letting down the Radisson name. The carpets are so stained. We could see traces of where someone threw up still on the carpet. Breakfast was ok but a few bits were cold. Bedroom was a great size with aircon, hairdryer, iron etc which is great. There really needs to be a proper divide on the balcony between each room as it doesn't feel very secure. Pillows really need to be upgraded. Bathroom wasn't completely clean when we arrived. No water in the rooms and no fridge.
