Las habitaciones e instalaciones viejas y sucias. Cancelaron mi vuelo y el hotel no quiso ni revisar las causas por las que no llegamos la primera noche para una posible devolución. El personal no es amable, salvo algunos meseros (los más jóvenes) y los demás tal vez hartos de tanta gente tragona y bebedora.

En general todo está excelente, temáticas, lugar y aperitivos

Algunas habitaciones no les funciona el aire acondicionado, esto si es importante porque regularmente los visitantes venimos de zonas más frías q la playa y se sufre con las.altas temperaturas. Nos cambiaron de habitación pero si es importante que resuelvan estos problemas

Nos cambiaron de habitación una vez ya que el aire acondicionado había dejado un charco de agua a medio paso. En el segundo cuarto no enfriaba lo suficiente y al reportarlo, nos dijeron que pasarían a revisar, pero no fueron nunca. No hay mucha variedad en el menú de desayuno y cena. Duré más de una hora para entrar a desayunar, ya que sólo había un restaurante abierto, al final hice uso del "servicio a cuarto" por un costo extra. Nunca pudimos reservar en el restaurante de especialidad. El tiempo de espera en el elevador es eteeeeeeeeerno, mejor usamos las escaleras para llegar hasta el piso 18! :/

Todo muy bien, en general me quedo con una buena impresión de este hotel, el servicio de todo el personal muy amables y pendientes en todo momento de lo que se necesita, bebidas, comida, esparcimiento, muy pero muy plausible la atención de la Sra. Anita en el restaurante de Snacks una calidad humana sorprendente, para volver sin lugar a duda!!!

El tour que ofrecen al delfinario (Delfiniti Ixtapa), limitan las actividades debido que ofrecen un "descuento" por estar hospedados aquí, sin embargo ese "descuento" solo limita las actividades. incluso tienen una área donde pasan a los que pagamos con dicho descuento y otra área donde ingresan las personas que no, los cuales realizan un par de actividades más.

Todo muy agradable, nuestra camarista Adriana nos dejó en casa ocasión excelente la habitación!! , los meseros siempre atentos y muy amables, limpieza buena, comida variada y rica, en recepción amables

No que no me haya gustado, pero podría haber más variedad en las bebidas sin alcohol. Las camas son cómodas regulares pero las sábanas no son tan suaves. Todo lo demás excelente!

I liked some of the service people, but not all pf them; the gardens; and the location of the restaurant "La Isla".

In general the service, some staff members were unfriendly and careless, most of them had an attitude of exhaustion and seemed understaffed; the water in the pools was very cloudy; the food was not good in general, with a few exceptions in dishes or fruit; the furnishings and facilities are deteriorated. I consider that it is not a 4 star hotel.

the property was good, the staff was very attentive and welcoming. however the food and drinks were HORRIBLE!! very low quality for the amount of money paid! this place needs to pay more attention to the gastronomy and drinks served. because they're are CHEAP AND HORRIBLE. I had to go out the premises to eat out out of my own money.

The buffet was delicious! There were lots of activities to do. The staff was friendly.

the bathroom was too small and the shower didn’t have a curtain- only half glass door, so there was always water by the toilet after someone showered. also there was no place to put the wet clothes. Also, the elevator broke down often during our stay and we had to use the service elevator.

Room 3221, the smell was not good. it was way too much humidity smell. Also, furniture is very old, and the door in the bathroom has missing parts of the door because of humidity.
