nice clean hotel with good vibe and parking available at £15 a night

nice clean hotel on the edge of Heathrow. having a car is the best way to get there. shuttle bus is available but transfer time could add another hour to your trip. rooms are nice. i didnt use the facilities as a quick business trip but the bar looks a nice place. small coffee shop on site. parking for the night is £15. hate it when hotels charge for parking but you cant get away from it at hotels around airports now adays.

Comfortable and clean hotel conveniently located for the tube, airport and long stay car parking.

As always the staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable and very clean The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was plentiful. We regularly stay at this hotel as it is very convenient for the airport and the nearest tube station. It is also possible to walk from the T2/T3 long stay car parking to the hotel as it is located very nearby.

The hotel shuttle bus (NOT RUN BY THE HOTEL) was very late (as usual). However, the proximity of the tube station means the underground is a much more reliable option for getting to all terminals at London, Heathrow airport.

Probably the best price for the quality near Heathrow.

Just a short walk to the underground to get to terminals, but has a shuttle service as well. Dinner was good, breakfast very good. And even though we were right under departures, there was very little noise (and Heathrow shuts down at night).

There was another very large guest group that were treating the dining room like a gala, making social media videos, being very loud and a bit disruptive. Wish something could have been done. But the hotel did its best.

It was ideal as a stop over for a relatively early morning flight from Terminal 5 which was 15 minutes away by car

Great location in a nice hotel

Very close to Heathrow airport. Close to a Tube stop which was very handy to take into Central London. Great for watching aircraft.

Great overall hotel with a comfortable room and nice views of the airport. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful.

The lift and room access key cards - so confusing and I could almost never get the lift key card work.

Nice and close to airport and underground

The hotel is close to the airport and the subway. It is clean, everyone there was friendly and the food at Jack's was very good

Would definitely stay again.

We did not take breakfast, we stayed with family overnight. Good hotel, lovely staff, enjoyed the restaurant meal.

Breakfast buffet is amazing and complimentary.

Should provide complimentary airport shuttle. Really hard to find hotel when exiting Hatton Cross Underground station. Need signage!

Comfortable but not perfect…

on arrival the staff were friendly, the decor was stylish and the rooms were modern. The bed was comfy the room was a good size. The 24 hour shop at reception was really handy although a little over priced. Check in and out was quick and easy, they ever offered to book me a taxi to the airport.

The bar area was small and lacked a welcoming feel. The restaurant is the only one around and closed at 9pm which I wasn’t informed of at reception meaning I had to order in a pizza from close by which the staff said they couldn’t help me with. I found this disappointing especially as they didn’t have a night menu. The bar also closed at 10.30pm on a Saturday with nothing else around locally such a shame.

Fantastic breakfast, clean and quiet room

LOVED the breakfast, the staff were fantastic and it was very clean and quiet

Having two hotels the same name at the same airport caused us endless confusion. Also the bath really needed a bit of tlc, it was peeling and scruffy
