It’s so close to the centre yet very quiet and exclusive, totally amazing
There’s just a bit about the electric sockets, like there weren’t sockets on both sides of the bed which was a bit inconvenient

Zimmer wird abends noch einmal mit frischen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Bester Abendservice. Frühstück super. Bestlage am schönsten Strand. Das schönste Hotel in Da Nang. Bin hier jeden Mal, weil so nettes Personal, tolle Pools.
Live-Musik in der Bar. Gute Band, aber wieso spielt man in jeder Hotelbar weltweit die gleichen englischen Lieder. Dazu spanische Lieder.

**Title: A Fantastic Family Getaway at Furama Villa Resort!**
My family and I recently enjoyed a marvelous 5-day, 4-night stay at Furama Villa Resort, and words can hardly do justice to the amazing experience we had! Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 little ones under the age of 3, and the resort catered to all our needs effortlessly.
The private villa we stayed in was absolutely stunning and incredibly spacious, allowing each of us to have our own little haven to retreat to after a day full of activities. Furthermore, with the beautiful beach just a few minutes away, we could easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever we wanted.
There was no shortage of things to do at Furama Villa Resort. From water sports and beach activities to relaxing by the pool, our days were filled with excitement and fun. The staff were the epitome of perfection - always attentive, warm, and extremely helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Breakfast at the resort was a delightful culinary adventure, with a myriad of choices catering to different tastes and preferences. The convenience of using Grab (similar to Uber) to get around made exploring the local area a breeze, so we could easily experience everything the region had to offer.
One small piece of advice for future guests: upon arrival, be sure to go to the villa entrance if you're staying in a villa, as we initially got a bit confused between the main hotel and villa entrances. Bring USD to tip and mosquitoes spray
Overall, our stay at Furama Villa Resort exceeded all our expectations, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. It was truly a memorable family vacation, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic tropical getaway!
Not much to complain about. We made the mistake of being dropped off at the wrong entrance with about 6 heavy bags and lots of hand carry . Furama did arrange a free transport .

Furama Resort has an excellent environment. It is surrounded by greeneries and tall palm trees . It has a beautiful private beach and very nice swimming pools. The room is spacious and clean with strong air conditioning. Buffet breakfast has many food varieties and drinks to choose from. Staff are professional and helpful (e.g. booking a restaurant for us). I would like to mention Ms Diem who is very pleasant and efficient to process my checkin. She is friendly and chatted with me whenever I met her at the resort. This is the second time I stay at Furama Resort and I would like to come again.

The facilities were great, location good & we enjoyed our stay for what we needed for this trip. Breakfast was awesome!
The bar staff around the pool area had no experience, we had to go up to the bar to order drinks when the staff could have been walking around & providing better service. They were often standing behind the bar area doing nothing. Also, there interpretation of cold beers needs some work.
Excursion desk was lacking information, we ended up booking our own tours after we did our own research.

Beautiful open see through lobby, lovely ocean view rooms with a balcony, superb breakfast buffet, wonderful staff and service, and a playroom for the kids with an attendant. The location is perfect, in the city but quieter when compared to the main road area. We ate at the restaurant several times, the seafood buffet was good, a la carte was really good too. The spa was lovely. We were very happy with our stay at Furama.
It was great overall, we were very happy with our stay, difficult to find anything wrong. To note, for a family of 2 adults + 2 children, it would make sense to book an ocean view suite rather than take a garden view room. This is because when they say 2 twin beds, it means 2 single beds in the garden room which aren't useful for 2 adults and 2 kids. So you have to take an extra bed at an added cost. Hence for a similar price, take the ocean view room which come with 2 platform sofa's which can convert to 2 kids beds and a fantastic view! Mr. Tung at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed 5 nights in the 2 bedroom pool villa. The villa itself was great. Fast wifi, good beds, quiet. Large enough to host a family with kids.
Buffet breakfast was extensive covering western, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Chinese and Vietnamese cuisines.
1) The buffet breakfast, whilst extensive, did not vary much, and some dishes were rather bland.
2) The week we stayed saw rainy weather. This meant that the limited resort 'free' activities were not available as they were outdoors. This could have been easily resolved by moving certain activities (e.g. yoga/tai chi) indoors or to the gym
3) The spa is under construction. A temporary spa was set up in one of the villas. The environment was not as nice but full price was still charged for any massages
4) Local restaurants/shops close to the resort were sub par. This is not the resort's issue, but is an item for consideration when selecting the resort

lovely property with beautiful pools & friendly helpful staff
nothing the property itself was great - but it would be good if the website explains that motor sports or beach swimming is restricted by the government during certain times of the year - so expectations are managed.

Nice swimming pool adjacent to beach
The room has many flaws :
It didn’t have bad side switches to charge the mobile
all the plug points were pin type
bathroom door doesn’t have inside lock system makes it inconvenient if you are staying with kids
WC seat doesn’t have bidet/sprayer
Extra bad charges are unreasonably high

Lovely pools areas, lovely beach. There is a huge amount of construction going on in the area so pleased we picked this hotel that wasn’t next to a building site.
The hotel was re-building the spa so there was some noise; this was limited for a couple of hours one day.

beautiful resort
Cleanliness can definitely be improved. its the key to returning guests. Staff cooking at breakfast area can do with better attitude. when try to share my feedback with the front desk staff while checking out, they are not keen to listen.

The lagoon pool is great if you want to avoid the torching sun in the afternoon.
Nice restaurants and a local market (for fruit lovers) within walking distance.
Hoi An and other tourist places are only a short Grab ride away.
This is not a newly built resort but the atmosphere is very nice and this is exactly why I liked it.

The setting is stunning. The villa we had was huge and beautiful. We all loved the plant life in the area and it was well maintained.
After checking out, 3 buggies refused to take us back to the villa reception. It was quite strange and ended the stay on a poor note. The drivers simply got in their buggies and parked at the other end of the yard and played with their phones. We had to wait for another buggy to come from outside.

huge selection of foods from around the world at breakfast, always a table available even during the busy periods. There was a private pool at our villa but the villa was so well located (P36) that we were only 50m from the huge pool at the villa section of the resort. We all had a treatment at the SPA and found it to be professionally run, clean and value for money. The hotel arranged all our trips and every excursion went without a hitch. There was even wifi in the bus that we used to travel round in.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the villas or indeed the resort. I was very impressed with the 4 bed villa that we had - full marks to everyone at the resort and in particular Michael the villa manager.
it is difficult to find fault with the resort but the only thing that my be an issue for some people is that there was only an Italian restaurant open on site.... no issue for us as the food was great.

beautiful property, not pretentious, loved the jungle theme.
every single person who works at the resort was so patient and helpful with our hyper active toddler. we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
everything seemed perfect except the aircon in the room. it was either too hot or too cold.

nice interior design with perfect scenery
the TV cannot access to Netflix or Youtube
