This is my second stay. Very convenient location. Spacious room, comfortable bed, polite and friendly staff. Excellent food at their restaurant and room delivery available. Kettle with tea and coffee in room. I was provided with ironing board upon request very promptly. Laundry service is efficient too. Staff is 10/10. I will stay here on my next visit too.

The cupboards below the tea station are run down, fridge missing, the shower area should be provided with a stool or place to put our own bath products. It was difficult to place my shampoo, conditioner, face wash, masque etc on the bath floor.

Location is really good. Only a few mins walk to the station. There’re some shops/restaurants nearby as well.

The bathroom was not very clean. The hair dryer didn’t work, and it took almost an hour to replace (obviously enough, by the time I didn’t need it anymore).

My stay at Residency with my family was excellent.

The room and location is excellent, especially those who wants to stay near airport, otherwise the main part of the city is very far from this hotel, service is also excellent, staffs were very cordial, nice view from the window. Metro station is also very near, a few minutes walk. Overall, I recommend this hotel highly.

Frustrated with breakfast, there are veg items only. The buffet breakfast need to be improved and shoul be international standard.

Luxury on a budget!

Well maintained property with an old school Indian style, art-deco inspired interiors. Close to the main road and metro station on a well-shaded, quiet lane lined with old avenue trees.

Staff at reception could be a bit more hospitable. Restaurant could be bigger or an additional rooftop Restaurant with a pool could be planned to cater to the footfall when the buffet is layed.

The breakfast and the dinner. Top class. Big rooms. The location is good. I can recommend it for a solo traveller or a family of 2. It is a value for money.
