Top quality hotel with which is well situated in the buzzing Juhu neighbourhood 30 mins to airport

A grand hotel on the beach in Juhu. Top class service, fantastic pool and gym and wonderful breakfast selection.

It is enormous so a little soulless but then enormous/vast hotels like this often are!

Fantastic stay at a prime location! Highly recommend for a luxurious and memorable Mumbai experience

Our stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu Beach was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Our room on the executive floor was a delightful surprise, offering access to the executive lounge facilities and boasting cleanliness and ample space. Despite not opting for a pool or sea view, we were treated to stunning vistas of the city and partial sea views, which added to the charm of our stay. The breakfast spread was beyond compare, leaving us with no desires unmet. The variety and quality of dishes were outstanding, ensuring a delightful start to each day. And when it came to dinner, the buffet exceeded our expectations with its diverse offerings and impeccable food quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu Beach was nothing short of exceptional. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Mumbai.

I've been in more appealing lounges, but that's more due to the fact that a renovation seems overdue.

Great journey - great hotel

Breakfast, the staff and rooms are fantastic, note we had the bigger rooms with free access to the lounge. One of the best places to stay in Mumbai, worth mentioned that a takes a while to get to the south of Mumbai (i.e. Gateway to India, Hotel Taj Mahal Palace, Bandra etc.)

It is Mumbai - you either like it or you hate it 😉

Good location with great facilities. Exec lounge offers a great facility just need more staff.

We arrived on a night flight from London. We were able to check in early by upgrading our room which was brilliant. We had already booked the executive lounge and this is a great facility though on the first night service was slow, the second night there were a lot more staff and our drinks came much more quickly. The pool area is nice towels water and fruit provided which was a nice touch. The Deshani Restaurant is fantastic. Loads of water in the room, coffee machine and kettle.

Drink service at Lotus is slow. The first night the service in the exec lounge was poor. Drinks orders given multiple times and no cutlery available for ages.

Riesenhotel am Juhu Beach. Ruhige Zimmer. Nettes Personal. Eigener guter Transferservice zum Flughafen.

Zimmer roch leicht muffig. Es gab etwas Schimmel an Fensterlaibung. Strand ist sehr schön. Wasser geht aber überhaupt nicht aufgrund der Nähe zu Mumbai - braungraue Brühe.

Great Location, Fab Customer Service, Amazing Breakfast

Breakfast is one of the best in any 5 star hotel - range of choice - the attentiveness of the task and table set up. So much choice, freshness of ingredients and accommodated my wife who is veg and gluten free. Really nice space in Lotus Cafe for breakfast overlooking the garden and pool. Our room was perfect with lots of space - a comfortable bed/pillows and great housekeeping. Bathroom with the shower power and rain shower + bath added to comfort and relaxation. Concierge/travel team at front desk were friendly and engaged in chatting and caring.

So, only 1 item to raise and i will start by saying that the team in the Exec Lounge were marvellous and accommodating - really good group in the team. BUT... on 2 consecutive evenings - bar service was left short. 1st day i had ordered a Whiskey Sour and this did not materialise. I went up to bar twice and whilst he was busy - i could watch to see what was happening and my drink on 3rd attempt i cancelled and went for something he could just pour. He was apologetic but service left a little short of expectations. 2nd day - i had ordered early given i knew how long it seemed to take - 3 drinks - for my wife, myself and my son... 30 minutes of waiting and asking numerous staff still no sign. I had 10 minutes prior to 8pm staff member inform me last orders and i informed i had been waiting patiently and my drinks still not surfaced. 7.50pm the drinks were ready but 10 minutes not enough time to enjoy.. so i cancelled given we had to head out for dinner. So 2 days - 2 disappointing experiences... i do think you need to invest in a better system of the bar to avoid these types of occurrences - not really acceptable for this amazing Exec Lounge and the fab team you have in attendance - i was not pleased and the team could see the disappointment.

Great hotel but don’t pay for access to the lounge, as you won’t get access as they over subscribe the offer.

Great hotel and location

Had access to the lounge but on my 2 night stay I didn’t get access after 5pm. Was told to use the Lotus restaurant which defeats the purpose of paying extra for lounge access. Stayed with 2 other friends and we all didn’t get access.

The staff is very accommodating to your requests. After complaining about our first stay, they were kind enough to offer an upgrade. Service is excellent.

Some rooms are dated but the hotel is renovating them and we were moved to a better room with upgrades.

We had a terrible time. They did not give us the two rooms next to each other. They were is different wings of the hotel despite numerous emails requesti. We had the worst night as the bed was terrible with massive deep holes we did not sleep all night. Treat badly for using the executive lounge.

I was travelling with my mum and she walks with walking frame and her room was very far from the lift I did request a room near to the lift at check in time but there just ignore my request.

Best hotel stay in Juhu area. Excellent breakfast

Nice location for our visits to Mumbai. Not far from Airport. Service is exceptionally good from everyone . Our choice hotel for past 15years or so.

Take your booking details with a screenshot to show the room you have booked otherwise you won’t necessarily be given your choice room. Despite this the staff promptly remedy the situation. Is it necessary though? We ask. Just do the right thing to start with.

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Lovely location. It felt special staying at the Juhu Marriott.

The Executive Lounge was great. All the hotel staff were charming, friendly and very helpful. Located next to the beach and by the Arabian Sea meant the air was fresh (loved the early morining beach walks!) We ate at the Saffron Lounge and the Lotus restaurants. Both were very good.

We arrived on an overnight flight from London and arrived at about 10am. Check in time is 3pm. The hotel knew we were arriving early. It would have been helpful had we not had to wait four and a half hours until about 2.30pm before checking into our room.

The executive lounge was amazing. Breakfast was incredible. The room was beautiful.

Check in process could have been better. The pool area had a strange smell. House keeping staff were noisy in the halls.
