Lovely to experience some luxury and beautiful surrounds. The buffer dinner was amazing.
Everything was beautiful , service top notch and accommodating. The only thing is when we checked in, we missed out on our "welcome drinks". We had to go and park our car and when we came back to finalise the checking in process, this went amiss. No biggie, but thought it would have been nice to receive. All in al a great experience.
It was my husbands birthday and our wedding anniversary, which was mentioned when we made the booking. We received a lovely piece of birthday cake ; it would have been nice to receive some champagne to go with it. Just a thought. We did however receive a voucher for drinks at the bar.

Had we have been staying more than one night we certainly would have been speaking to someone about our concerns… partic
Concierge guys were friendly and welcoming.
Other staff were robotic and not at all engaging. The smell in the entire hotel was strange and horrible in our room. It was only after turning our air conditioner off during the night that we realised the smell reduced. It seems the horrid mould like smell was coming through the air conditioning. Our room had a small verandah that was dirty and we were unable to leave the door open as ibis birds tried to come in. The hallway to our room (149) was awkward to navigate as the signage was poor and no information was provided to us that it was quite a journey with many twists and turns.

Amazing staff but rooms need some TLC
Love the pool area. It's absolutely beautiful.
Room's are really outdated and they definitely need some renovation. Rooms are not worth the price.
