perfect location. Good breakfast and on the meals however we had one gluten free and one lactose intolerant which we specified with the hotel before arriving however not much choice for lactose intolerant guests.

One member of staff was good in getting us transfer to another hotel, no one else could help as they couldn't speak English
Rooms are not a good standard, many broken things, i.e toilet flush, room was way to small for two people. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest , i.e the tiles were moldy and not a great shower of bath for adults.

It was close to the ski lifts. Had a spa near the hotel.

No sauna only.for one day . Towels replaced only 2 times . Breakfest not enough
