A wonderful view of the Museum of the Future

The team - always friendly and willing to help! The Zen Spa and their wonderful team too - fabulous treatments with Shirley. Left a new woman!
Could have had better signage - welcome letter could have included floors for locations and indicate that there were two sets of lifts to get to the pool gym and spa.

From the moment I checked in, the whole atmosphere was relaxed, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and well kitted out. The view was spectacular and block blinds were excellent for night time. Bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen had a soft silky feel. Loved the bathroom, spacious, bright, clean and the toiletries provided were top quality. Breakfast choice was plentiful and service was with a smile. Perfect location and 0verall, it was a wonderful experience. I was just sorry I had to leave after one night. Definitely will recommend this hotel and certainly on my list for a return visit!

The bedroom was amazing. The view and all the services like the bar at the 49th floor too
Too much people, we need to wait sometimes 5 minutes to have an elevator.
The price is changing depending on the person. And the amount kept « as collateral » too

The location and the hotel amazing great and more varieties of foods everyday different recipes... special thanks to the chefs, mr. Nader,mr.ali, mr.abul khair,mr.prakash mr.sasi... ms.isabel she did a great job... ms. Anisa,mr.strini,mr.akram and all restaurant staff... To ms. Jane, thanks so much for giving us the great room luxurious.pilipino hospitality at its finest, to mr. Ruel in zen Spa accommodating and professional, friendly. To mr. Daniel of housekeeping soft spoken guy.

This was my fifth visit to this hotel. As usual it is my home away from home when visiting Dubai. Extremely convenient and clean location. I will be back again this year. For persons visiting the trade center this is the place to stay. Convenience stores nearby. Arthur (employee) was extremely helpful.
No complaints. My stay at this hotel was good as usual. A wider variety for breakfast would be nice.

The view was perfect. Everyone was really helpfull and nice. The room was clean and neat. Transportation was close. Food was excellent!
The pool was a bit small for hotel size, however it was well maintained and warm which was great.

A very well located hotel, close to World Trade Center Dubai. Big, clean apartment, very well maintained, with nice view. Nice staff and service, very good breakfast and dinner, everything O.K. Swimming pool outside - on the roof of garage, free for guests.

friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet, and great services at the valet parking.
The location if perfect if you want to discover Dubai by public transport, it is even in the heat, a walking distance from the metro.
The breakfast options differ, I was looking foward to having rice in the morning, one day there was, the next day there wasn't. Really not something that is really of concern, but a personal thought when I had my breakfast the second day.
