El personal fue siempre correcto y amable
La habitación era pequeña, para la estancia de una noche sirvió, pero si vienes más días y traes equipaje, no sería nada cómoda.

Very friendly helpful staff. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and we enjoyed one dinner in the hotel. There was also a good choice of breakfast. I am very surprised that this hotel is only rated as 2 star as it far exceeded the 4 star hotel we stayed at in Seville.

there was no way to recharge the phone, something that is a basic requirement today. there were also ants in the room and the bathroom..

Facile d’accès, un grand parking, des chambres très propres et confortables. Le personnel était très gentil et parlait français.
Heureusement qu’il y a un restaurant sur place car peu de choix autour sans aller au centre ville.

Cama súper cómoda, todo muy limpio, aparcamiento en la puerta
El ruido procedente de la autovía. El hotel está muy mal insonorizado, abrías la ventana y la cerrabas y no se notaba la diferencia. Se escuchaban muchísimos los coches pasar por la autovía

It was clean and tidy and the location is good. Breakfast was good variety and quality. Staff are very friendly and caring as well as knowledgable and professional.

Only one plug point on one side of the bed. Shower with no pressure. Lady at breakfast quite rude.

Standard IBIS hotel, not far from city centre, close to big Carrefour-
I miss refrigerator in room but same is in all IBIS hotels

The staff were outstanding, cheerful, polite and extremely helpful. the room was spotless and everything worked perfectly. The restaurant is adequate and the service fine but I wouldn’t choose to eat there other than when very hungry and too tired to venture out. It was so good to be so close to the golf course (Sherry Golf Jerez) which was the reason for my trip and only 4 mins from the hotel on the back roads!!!

The food was amazing! The pool and the outside area was lovely. Room comfortable and clean.
Being a bit picky here, but as a disabled person the loo was too low and too close to the wall. The hand bar could also do with being moved a little way infront of the loo to make it easier to use.

Wasn't the ritz, but for the price was ok for a night's stay.
Our first room had an ant problem.
Luckily for us they changed our room.

Staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast basic but good. Internet stable and good.
Very small and dated rooms. Hotel is dated too. Lounge zone is small. Location is very outside and if you pick wrong path to the city it might be shady (suggestion pick bicycle path). As we paid premium price it was very poor price performance ratio.

we didn’t have any fridge in the room , there were sockets only next to one bed, even with the window closed there was a cold air from the street coming through
