A great family hotel in a superb central location. The spa/swimming complex, the children's soft play, and the pizza restaurant were very much enjoyed by my daughter. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The family room with a bunk bed annex was spacious.

We stayed for 5 nights. Every day room service would come, change the bins, change the towels, fold the duvet, and flick a cloth over the bathroom. We had to clean our own dishes (there is a kitchenette)), clean the floor, and tidy ourselves. The sheets, which on the first night my daughter had a small nosebleed onto, remained unchanged throughout the stay. If we were in an apartment, I would have had no objection to this, but in a hotel, I expect a less basic level of service. The rooms are scattered in six outdoor blocks, so in winter it meant going to eat, do activities or even speak to reception (no phones in rooms) meant putting on and then removing a lot of cold weather gear. The swimming pools were a great facility, but too cold. The outdoor pool, in particular, needs to be hot to sit out in the snow, not lukewarm. Beds were two singles pushed together to make a double. They kept sliding apart, which was not comfortable.

It's not a hotel, the real hotel of Levi is Levi Design Hotel, if you book here you will get a room in a house near the real Hotel. There are no slippers offered or any bath robe. If you are gonna take a shower prepare to wet all of the bathroom floor because the curtains don’t do their job. Also there is no A/C only a small radiator that won't heat up the room even if you let it on the whole stay. The SPA is not free also the water is not hot enough, not even lukewarm.

The hotel stuff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome, we really enjoyed our room - nice beds and pleasant design. Our dog was warmly welcomed too!

Upgraded the room for free without us asking for it. I forgot my mobile phone at the breakfast, and the staff brought it to our room. Excellent pizza restaurant in the hotel. Amazing gym.

A great holiday resort. Our room was in a building not far away from the reception, the room was spacious, it contained practically 2 rooms and a kitchen, the bathroom was big, beds were comfortable. We also tried the spa, the pools were great.

Excellent location .even though it was an off season we enjoyed every second out there. Wonderful picturesque backdrop .The spa and waterpark was wonderful.

Leaving the place and hotel

Stayed in a junior suite, and in the "master bedroom", there was two single beds. Who rents a suite to stay in two seperate beds?

Breakfast was ok. Would like the water to be colder and we missed chocolate spread for the kids. The wegetables was tasteless and one in my party got sick after eating it.

Very good breakfast and perfect location in the center of Levi. Well equipped rooms.

You can only use the spa for additional payment and it only opens at 12:00 and it is very crowded. It is difficult to find the hotel's entrance, actually you need to look for the Levi Design Hotel building to find the reception.

Good size room for two people, would be a little cramped for a family of four. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice on the hot & cold buffet. The hotel wads ideally situated for the ski lifts, ski hire shops, restaurants and bars.

Hotel bar closed at 22.00hrs while Levi bars remained open until midnight. A bit disappointed that there was an extra charge for the spa.

The room was bigger than i was expecting, all areas were clean and very well presented. We were on b&b, there was something for everyone at breakfast. We had a couple of meals at Pizza place, these were fabulous, nice thin crust, and large. In close proximity to town, and ski bus. I would stay here again should i go to Levi

A very spacious room. Breakfast was very good. All you can eat. The hotel was very close to all the amenities.

I would have liked to have had a covered way from hotel to spa. We had to make sure that our hair was dry as it froze.

In SPA there were no places to sit down. Would have appreciated some chairs or reclining chairs. Would have appreciated also bar in the spa for some refreshments.

The location was great, the spa was fun. Breakfast had a good selection.

It is expensive. The kitchen area was very basic - no bowls or sharp knives.

Good location with only a 5-10 minute walk to Zero Point, breakfast was plentiful and had lots to choose from and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. All in all a great base to explore the local area from.
