The fact that other guests where making noise throughout the night and there was not enough space to drive into the reception or park my car. Receptionist is never at the front desk, had to call the hotel line to get assisted

The complimentary breakfast was good, as was the location of the hotel.
The heating/air con was broken, the toilets and bathroom fixtures were dirty and broken, the instant coffee was poor, the entire facility is grubby, broken is in dire need of proper maintenance.

It was my 3rd visit to the resort. I had to go back there because of my excellent experiences but I donāt think I will ever go there again. I missed all my scheduled meetings due to unavailability of internet.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room were so clean and spotless. The food was great especially breakfast. Room service was awesome
Provide guests with more drinking water. Make the guests aware of monkeys around the area, cause our food were eaten by them. Anyway it was our fault because we forgot to close the sliding door but in future keep that in mind about the monkeys

I was really not impressed,, the things listed on the this room where not there like hair dryer and iron,, they had put us in the room that we didn't book on,,, when we got there they said the room where saperate who books a 10 years N 1 year on a sapretr room???? I had to pay R50 to use a hair dryer,, they had only one cup for tea,, I mean a family with one cup š”š”š” on request for the other cups the lady that brought them had a attitude like we giving her an extra job or something....... I had to call reception from my cellphone to request towels,, coffee,, sugar and other things,, did I tell you the lady that was doing eggs in the morning had a very bad attitude we ended up not eating,,,,,, that whole place needs prayers and people who really what to work not ppl who think the doing us a favor by being there.....

It doesn't look like the photos shown on the sight and you'll be so disappointed at how it looks, tv doesn't work and wifi is only available at the reception

The breakfast and dinner were really nice.
We had to wait over 30 minutes to get booked into our room. When we got there the room was more than disappointing for R1700 a night. We booked a deluxe double bed and we were given 2 single beds put together with single bed sheets, my husband and I could not sleep together. The room was tiny and smelt horrible. The bathroom was tiny and very unpleasant to use. The tv was not working. The worst hotel I have ever been to, a complete waste of money.

The hotel was located in luscious ground with beautiful views of the mountains , reception was lovely, pool was excellent , the dining area was spacious and there was a converted railway carriage where you could eat.
Rooms were spacious beds were comfy, duvet and sheets were top notch , it was lovely to have a bath and separate shower, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities
Shower only trickled, the hotel beyond us had music blaring all day from 10am and all through Friday night and Saturday night only finishing around 8pm on Sunday evening , this spoilt the weekend.
Health and safety in the car park and when accessing the rooms needs to be improved as two members of my family had bad falls due to an uncovered gully which could not be seen in the rain or the dark

There was nothing to like
From the reception the lady at the reception kept on saying that all the booking through booking. COM have questions marks meaning we should not trust booking. COM which was true because the pictures on the website compared to the actual venue is chalk and cheese which is false advertising. They also requested confidential information like card cvv number. Coming to the place itself it falling and dirty. The yard is not clean and overgrown. The room is appalling with old smelly carpet. The staff had to use air freshener to try and defuse the smell. The toilet was not flushing with water dripping into it and maintenance guy left pliers so that I can switch on and off the stopper. We couldn't even get another room. The place is not maintained and for the price they charge for should be to pay for maintenance to have proper toilet instead of ancient. No wonder it does not work. I would not recommend that this be place for humans to sleep in even animals. My stay and experience was horrible to say the least.
