We did change rooms once due to water not working in a unit but the unit was going to have a renovation. We got another room straight away.

Upon arrival I was told that they don’t put ice in the freezer because of COVID ( ??) however they did provide me with ice from their own fridge which I really appreciated.
We received an email stating that we could bring our pet but when we arrived we had to pay extra for our pet and had to pay for a bigger room because our dog was medium sized.

The female who checked me and my children in was very rude and judge mental of our homeless situation that through no fault of our own we are in right now.

The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable and the stay was very pleasant. Nice and quiet and well priced.
The distance from the main part of town. But the comfort and cleanliness made up for that.
