Very nice location, clean rooms, quite a large indoor pool.
The shower cabin is too small

They were very welcoming to our dog (a black lab) and the staff lovely and stayed up late for our delayed arrival
Paper cups in the bathroom got soggy and collapsed soon after we put water in them
2.0
- we liked the breakfast
- good location for skiers
- room extremely outdated, nothing you would expect in 2023 in Europe
- room very small, barely a space to turn around
- walls in the hotel are made of paper - we could hear everything from other rooms and corridors which was annoying
- not even a kettle and mugs to make a tee or something in the room
- water in the pool too cold
- poor Customer Experience

Brakfast was super!

Breakfast is definately a good point for the hotel, rich selection of local food and the choice to choose the different options.
Captivating view from the balcony on mountains, especially from the restaurant.
A pool and sauna were the good addings to the rest time.
I could not find bunk beds for kids really comfortable. And in general the room size for the family of 4 is relatively cabined.

very nice structure overall, good spa, cozy shared areas, very clean. beautiful view
rooms can be small but they are clear about it when booking. could hear noises from rooms next to us

The waiter who served us dinner was excellent. He noticed I was not eating my food and offered me an alternative dish as he didn't want me to go hungry. This is a lovely family business. Grandad built the hotel when there was nothing else around except fields.
Orange paint on the bedroom door frames!
That's just me - sorry.
But you did ask.

Nice comfortable beds, clean and fresh room, beautiful surroundings. Very friendly stuff who could speak English.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful garden
Spa is basically only one Finnish sauna, no jacuzzi, no Turkish bath. Also, the room was super small for 2 persons and a baby cot.

Fair value butHotel is a little dated, reception staff good

The territory is very beautiful, the mountains around. The hotel also has a swimming pool. There is also a possibility to park next to the hotel.
The breakfast was very poor.

Very good quality of breakfast, nice team in the hotel, not a single problem to be with dog

The pool and the sauna are good, but I paid a little bit too much for the room size
I stopped for dinner and after asking for tap water, the head of the kitchen came to me traeting me badly because I wanted something that they need to provide BY LAW! At the end of the dinner I asked the bill since some friends (not staying at the structere came over) and it was really hard to get a proper bill.

Not a lot
Pool hours are very limited, no internet in the rooms, very small rooms.

The room we booked was advertised with the spa and swimming pool facilities. We booked it late around 8pm. When we got there we were told that spa and swimming pool facilities are available only in the afternoon From around 3pm to 7pm. Obviously we had to check out by around midday following day so we were not be able to use swimming pool facilities at all. It would be a lot better if they could advertise about all the facilities mentioned correctly and fairly on booking.com,
One of the main reasons to book this hotel was to use swimming pool facilities but we couldn’t because it wasn’t advertised fairly.

Great value for money! It has a pool that's also good for lap swimming. The sauna is proper Finnish sauna, probably the best I've seen in Italy and without the nonsense Austrian rules like in many places in Trentino. Parking is easy and it's just a short drive to the slopes or Cavalese. Breakfast and dinner were really nice as well. They even opened early for Marcialonga and had lactose free milk options. The staff was super nice as well. Came for 4 days, ended up staying for 2 weeks. Oh and the view from the balcony is quite unbelievable!
The wifi was wonky (mobile coverage/speed was good though). The walls aren't very soundproof but didn't bother me much.

I enjoyed the family atmosphere, the friendly staff and the good breakfast.

Clean rooms, good pool, nice atmosphere and yummy food (dinner menu is excellent and breakfast is very complete). Staff is really nice!
Maybe parking space could be bigger (but it was during high season in Xmas) and hot water in the shower at evenings wasn’t enough.

The room and the hotel is modern, the staff is very kindly and helpful. Breakfast was good and enough. Thanks for all! Hope, we can go back again.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, soap and tv in room. Rooms in general not very large, but really enough for stay. Delicious breakfast starting from 7:30 (toasts, ham, cheese, croisants, cake, fruits etc). Kind people with great English. Parking is located next to the hotel but check also satellites picture as you might find places behind the hotel and above it. Restaurants is open till 20:30 so after that I recommend you Tana del Grillo Cavalese in Cavalese and ice creams in front of it! I will definately come back some day! Thank you :)

Very good breakfast, nice swimming pool, sauna and garden to relax

The room cost 116 euros and it was old and tiny. The bed was confortable, but the bathroom was old and there was only an old tub, with no protection for a shower. The tub was old and badly kept. Breakfast was poor with a bad coffee

Great staff, great facility! The bed is super comfortable
The wall is pretty thin and you can hear another guest talking next door, or even another guest upstairs walking on the upper floor.
