Great place to stay alone and with friends, gentle staff

Even If it was a lil far from what we needed, they had a bus that brought you to Osaka station for free, also you have in the entrance always different kind of Cabs/Taxis so you can go around, we were 5 and was hard to get a taxi for us, Hotel always had one for 6 people.

i felt that the ATM exchange was a lil too low compared to other places but at least there is a ATM, so cant complain that much.

スタッフさんが丁寧に対応してくれました。立派なホテルなのにリーズナブルに泊まれて良かった。

あえて言うなら空港からアクセスがしにくい所。

It was a good experience.

I love the free shuttle bus service provided that goes to and fro to Osaka Station. The location of the hotel was good, there's train station near the hotel and also at Basement 2 as well. Super convenient to travel but nothing much near the hotel. Overall, it was great! I may book and stay at this hotel in future.

The cost of staying in this hotel is a bit expensive, nothing interesting near the hotel.

グランキューブ直結で便利

グランキューブに直結していて便利だった。フロント付近のスタッフの接客態度が非常に良かった。高級感のあるお土産が選べた。

シャワーが旧式で使いにくかった。宿泊割引の朝食チケットを見せたビュッフェのスタッフから中国人に間違えられ、英語で支払いの説明されてショックだった。ビュッフェのスイーツのバリエーションが少なかった。

Pleasant and comfortable for a few days.

Lovely rooms, a convenience store underground next to the hotel, fantastic shuttle bus to Osaka station.

Rooms might be slightly dated nowadays, the bathrooms could probably do with a refurbish but still nice! Be aware swimming pool does require swim cap but the pool does sell them as well.

安かった。朝食が割引料金で食べることができた。

安かったけど、これなら新しいビジネスホテルの方が良かった。部屋は小さいし、ロケーションも悪く、名前に釣られて行ったので期待し過ぎた分ショックも大きかったです。

Overall, it was very good.

Room is smaller. Location is very good. The best part is the hotel has their own shuttle bus to take you to & from city proper.

When I have to pay to use the gym, and it's expensive. This is my first experience with a hotel charging their clients/customers for gym usage.

Very cozy and convenient due to the shuttle busses.

Very extravagant given the price. The shuttle bus is the biggest plus.

The location is not particularly good, but this is offset by the amazing shuttle busses.

Enttäuschend

Der Shuttle vom Bahnhof zum Hotel war gut. Unkomplizierter Check in/ out. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber weit weg von lecker. Der Frühstücksraum war schön aufgeteilt, sodass man sich nicht wie in einer Bahnhofshalle gefühlt hat.

Leider hatte jedes 3 Sterne Hotel auf unserer Reise einen deutlich besseren Service. Das Zimmer ist alt und sehr abgewohnt, keine 3 Sterne. Man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wohl in dem Zimmer. Vom Frühstück waren wir enttäuscht. Was auch immer auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist, es ist nicht das Frühstück im Restaurant. Der Fitnessbereich kostet extra und der SPA Bereich auch nochmal. Es gibt keine weiteren Annehmlichkeiten ( Amenities Bar, Lounge mit Kaffee, Wasser, Tee) Das Hotel liegt sehr weit weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten, da kann auch die Bahn im UG nicht helfen, da sie nur auf Umwegen zum Ziel führt.

予想外にとてもリッチなホテルでした

女友達2人で予約し、お部屋タイプがおまかせだったので、ダブルベッド一台のお部屋が用意されていたようでしたが、受付でツインに変更していただけてありがたかったです。

コーヒーが飲みたかったのですが、お部屋にもなく、フロント近くにも無料サービスのドリンクがなかったのが少し残念でした。最近はビジネスホテルでもフリードリンクのサービスがあるので。

喜欢他的设计，而且住宿体验真的是太好了。虽然我是临时找到的房间，但是这让我很意外惊喜。没想到感觉上就想5星的房间。只是地点位置不在市区而已。不过非常适合过来这里休息度假⛱️

Schlechtestes Hotel auf unserer Japan Reise

Der Bus zum Bahnhof! Sonst nichts

Fitnessstudio kostet ca 50 € pro Person. Zimmer sind eines 5 Stern Hotels nicht würdig. Definitiv schlechteste Hotel auf unserer Reise. Sind zum Frühstück ins 10 Minuten entfernte Conrad Hotel ( Hilton Gruppe) gegangen , um gut zu frühstücken. Check in wird exakt um 15.00 durchgeführt. Bei Buchung von 3 Doppelzimmern war angeblich um 14.45 keines bezugsbereit. Sehr unfreundliches Personal

Most enjoyable

The breakfast was excellent and the toiletries provided were lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. The free shuttle bus to Osaka Train station was greatly appreciated and the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

The hallway smelt very strongly of smoke. The room next door to us had a very noisy family who were still jumping around the room and yelling well after 11pm.

ホテルで観光!

大阪マラソンの後リカバリを兼ねてプールホテルを探して朝ランにも良さそうだったので口コミは色々でしたが私としてスッタフには色々居ますので皆さん頑張ってると思いました。広さが有るので迷子になりやすですね～フロントも工事で通れない事の共有をでも寄り添いのサービスと風格は良いのでは匂いと汚れも古き良いものと思います。最近綺麗で安いホテルが一杯です。スッタフ、お客さんがどう大事に使うかで変わって行くと思います。プールで泳いでる中日がさしてキラキラ素敵でした。ランチも上の階でゆっくりの食事モネの皿モネの青を思いだしなが自分にお疲れと言ってました。スイミングスクールが入ってるのでガヤガヤしてましたが嫌いではなくロッカー、サウナ、くつろげる椅子、風呂場ネットでは出てこない良かった所です。バスタオルは普段だったら勿体ないもう少し薄くしてエコにしてもと思いましたが常連さんはバンバン使ってたので帰りはホテルでお菓子を買って巡回バスに乗りなるべく余り歩かない楽しみ方をさせて貰いました。私も含め皆さんも色々体験をして人接すると思いやりの気持ちが残るように思える旅行でした。

引くお皿が目の高さだったので怖いと思いました。少し顔後ろが正解だと思います。

USJに近め。梅田から離れて静かに過ごせた。

従業員の方が皆親切でした。次の日にUSJに行く際のルートを教えてもらい、スムーズに行けた。

梅田まで少し遠いこと、カップル2人だとダブルベッドは少し狭かったこと。

朝食はとても良かったです。

以前コロナになった時　喫煙で宿泊した時と同じタイプの部屋でした。その前や何度か宿泊していてとても部屋も良く気に入っていました。今回は初めて泊まる友達のも一緒に取り清潔ですが、残念でした。

二度と泊まらない

680号室に宿泊しましたが、浴槽に水を貯めることができず、体を湯舟につける事ができませんでした。疲れた体を休める事ができなかった。残念です。その事を次の朝、スタッフに伝えたが誠意が感じられなかった。老朽化が散見され、このような事がよくあので、スタッフの方は、麻痺しているのでしょうか。

フロントの対応が温かさを感じた。コスパがよい。

古いせいでしょうが、客室通路が一瞬かび臭いにおいを感じた。すぐ慣れてしまい感じなくなりましたが・・・。
