The unit was well appointed, had everything that I needed and loved having an electric blanket
The fan in the toilet needs some attention, very loud and made a screaming noise

Great communication the week before when we had to cancel.
Friendly welcome when we arrived.
Bed was comfortable enough.
We had a young student with us, of which the motelier was aware. Yet there was no pillow, and no towel for him.
The access to the toilet and shower were through our room which felt a little uncomfortable.

Reception staff handed key without directions- it was dark- a couple of words like - go thru and on your right etc -

The location of Allen Court Motel is excellent for walking to cafes/restaurants, shops and tourist spots in the City.
Comfortable, warm and welcoming accommodation, clean, tidy and quiet.

The location was perfect, the styling and homeliness of the place made it feel very comfortable and cosy. I throughly enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future.
Can’t say there was any faults in my opinion.

Unfortunately our bed was a bit hard for our liking so a restless sleep.

The room had everything I needed, was very spacious. Check in was easy and location handy to town.
The room was a little dated.

The no 2 unit is so quiet. The bed is comfy and Allan court is very handy to takeaways . Would be our first choice whenever we stay in Dunedin . I hope the owner gets his bird problem sorted. They really annoyed him.
