La limpieza en 2 días nunca hicieron la limpieza de la habitación.
solo en una mañana me preguntaron que si quería cambio de toallas y más aguas, a lo que respondí es que toallas estaba bien y si quería agua, pero en ningún momento solicité que no hicieran la limpieza.

The check-in lasted forever, the room was dirty, the floor was black the bed had been made but the sheets had not been changed, the Wi-Fi did not work

Encontré cucarachas en el baño, en el primer piso hay mucho ruido por el comedor . El personal de limpieza empieza a tocar puertas desde las 9am.

Excellent location, clean rooms, felt safe

It wasn’t clean. The sheets were stained and with hairs, the A/C odor was terrible and the toilet wasn’t entirely clean, there was only one towel but we didn’t even want to take a shower because of the conditions.

Our room flooded with water that came out from the air-conditioning system because it rain and water some how got thru the air-conditioning system.

The smell on the hallways it smelled a little like sewer need to be more efficient on cleaning stayed in room 215 2nd floor the wall was a dirty under the picture on the wall

I liked how quiet the room felt. I was able to sleep very well. Breakfast was delicious.
Faster check-in. I am not sure if key system was not working when I got there, but I had to wait 30 minutes to check-in.
