Loved it. Found this place last minute and could not have been happier

Location and value for money, cleanliness and standard of room

Nothing to complain about here TV in bedroom would be a bonus though not essential Spare / extra blanket would have been handy

Pool and spa were well maintained and great temperature.

Noice of Marine Parade but this is normally in such a prime area

Very comfortable

I thought i was getting a studio but I got a one-bedroom apartment. It had everything I needed in terms of facilities

Only thing was the shower was over a bath and for an older person, it was a little difficult getting in and out.

Location and view excellent but overpriced and did not like attitude of management.

Location was good, view was excellent, was upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Private laundry was convenient, only shared with connecting suite. Secure entry to building and basement car park. General cleanliness was reasonably good.

Shelving in wardrobe was broken, microwave far too high -very dangerous for shorter persons, partner was unable to use. Crockery cupboard also too high and difficult to reach due to high kitchen bench and shelf. Only half roll of toilet paper and no spare - information notes suggested extra was available to purchase at office but by the time we got to room( 5pm)- office was closed ! Had to buy extra from shopping centre. But got a free roll next day. Lighting very poor in bathroom. Received info sheet under door night before departure suggesting we clean room and vacuum carpet, otherwise charges may be laid !

See above - but in a couple of words truly enjoyable and satisfying

The whole ambiance and functionality immediately expressed itself, the staff were down to earth and the friendliest I have found over many years. My wife is ill and their responsiveness made it all so easy - our little holiday started in a way that set the scene for a truly great stay after a long and tiring trip. Thank you Claudia and Simon, you are special, we will be returning.

My room was upgraded from studio to suite on arrival which I appreciated the resort was quiet and pl

The location and water view was great as was the bolavoud walk directly outside

Although the room was tidy and looked presentable it seriously lacked overall cleanliness. The drapes were dirty and the tops were thick with dust especially in bedroom as was a fixture on the wall. The widows needed cleaning and the window frame in living area had black mould growing on it. The pull out extractor fan above cooker didn't work and was thick with grease on both sides.

Our booking didn't match the apartment we got.

Great location

Great location... across road from beach which also had a great cycle/walkway. Lovely view over the beach from unit. Nice pool and spa on site which was clean and tidy. Would recommend

A fantastic one week stay in a property where we could relax after a days sightseeing.

The apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. It had 2 great bedrooms with their own en-suites, a living area and kitchenette. The balcony overlooked the beach nearby and even my children had a small balcony off their room. A perfect home from home.

The beach front view was amazing.

The aircon only in the main area - meant rooms did not get the aircon. No fan in this main area. The fan in 2nd bedroom was very noisy and annoying - kept the kids awake - fan either needed to be slow or really fast for no noise. The main bedrooms bathroom glass protector was not glued properly so water went all over the floor every shower - this was super annoying as had to dry every shower but mat would end up sooooo wet... The microwave was not cleaned- i had to clean it before being able to use.

Pleasant on the GC

Unit was comfortable, fabulous shower and well appointed, handy parking and the pool was great. Handy to Harbour Town

No smart TV, not the end of the world, we were in holiday after all. We stayed 10 days and the unit wasn't serviced during that time even though it was supposed to have been every 4 days

For. Us this place was first class we had a 1 bed room flat with everything you need for everyday living a perfect location ultra clean apartment and complex can't rate it highly enough that good we're going back in a few weeks

Relaxing and great.

Rooms are a good size and very clean, pool is heated and so nice to be able to use the whole time.

only bad part was the beds, the room had to king single bed pushed together so you have the line down the middle of the bed.

Gold Coast put on it's best winter weather for the 5 days of our stay. Loved every minute of it!

View from the apartment was beautiful. Local shops only an 8 minute walk. Bus out the front and easy walking to restaurants.

Bed pillows were lumpy however were told upon checking out that we could of had these replaced.
