Top hotel!

De service was top! Personeel was altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast waren het mooie kamers met uitzicht op de zee.

Nice and calm, but poor food and beach

Over all nice and clean and good standard. Staff are very nice and friendly. Calm location and nice pool.

Restaurant offer (and breakfast) is very limited, especially if you are a vegetarian. Furthermore, we learned upon arrival that the half-board is limited to a separate, narrow mini-menu. Waiting times are long and we never got our food at the same time, instead dishes come 10 minutes apart, with children’s food sometimes even coming last. And almost no other restaurants nearby without taking a taxi. Beach not suitable for bathing. It’s very shallow and muddy and never reaches higher than your waist. During ebb there is just a long landscape of mud. If you prefer the pool, and going on excursions with a taxi, then it can perhaps suit you better than it suited us.

部屋から入れるプールがとても良かったです。また部屋からの景色も最高でした。

レストランの数が少ないのが、残念でした。もう少し、色々なレストランかあると外へ食事に出かけなくてもいいので、楽だと思います。また、海は朝は引き潮になってしまうので、泳げません。満潮になってもそんなに海がキレイではないので、泳ぐというより、観賞用の海ですね。

Average hotel

We had a free upgrade and the room was large, comfy bed and nice bath

The feel was a bit off (aside from the room itself). The pool wasn't that nice and the food was just ok.

Incredible 5 days in Phuket with my spouse on our honeymoon.

The breakfast was great every morning. The views couldn’t be better. Staff were very attentive, helpful, and kind.

I regret it

The swimming pool was nice and the breakfast is very good

Cameră OK, locația în pustiu în mare nu poți intra , plajă mizerabilă

Cameră , curat în fiecare zi

Locația! Afară pustiu nu ai nimic de văzut și Marea Andaman are flux și reflux nu poți face baie și plajă mizerabilă! Pentru maxim 2 zile este ok .. dacă cauți liniște și piscină! .

Old big hotel which needs desperatly a big renewal

The outlook from the room on the see The shower was ok The bfast was fair

Für paar Tage sehr schön, aber es wird einem schnell langweilig!

Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich wohl. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr schön und das Frühstück ein Traum. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr cooles Gym, 24h geöffnet.

Man sollte wissen, dass man nicht in das Meer gehen kann zum schwimmen oder Baden. Ansonsten gibt es in der Umgebung rein gar nichts, was man machen konnte. Deswegen haben wir uns einen Roller gemietet, ansonsten wird’s nach einem Tag ziemlich langweilig. Die Preise fürs Essen und Trinken im Hotel sind sehr sehr teuer. Lieber außerhalb was suchen, wozu der Roller wieder nicht schlecht war. Was uns persönlich auch bisschen störte, dass dort ziemlich viele Gäste aus China waren, deren Benehmen ziemlich respektlos war.

We made a mistake booking this one. Live and learn.

I thought I would like the pools and location for swimming in the sea. the pools look nice but are to chlorinated to swim in long. the sea is a tide pool to shallow to swim. The beach looks nice from a distance but has a lot of litter

We arrived for a two o’clock check in. Our room wasn’t ready. an hour and a half later we ask to see a manager. he found us a room that was an upgrade. The view from the room is nice. The shower head was broken. The air conditioning would run even when we were away with the key so it was cold. The food at the resort is bad. there are three restaurants but with the same menu. Limited choices. High prices. The free breakfast is not very good.

The Hotel disappoints with its location leading to inconvenience and high transportation expenses.

The stars of our stay were the dedicated staff members at Crowne Plaza Panwa Beach. Their constant smiles and genuine willingness to assist added a heartwarming touch to what could have been an otherwise underwhelming experience.

It's quite far from the main attractions, and there's not much around except a single 7/11 store! This meant we had to spend a lot on transportation for an example paying around 700 Thai Baht each way for a 1-hour drive to Patong. Even getting to the hotel from the airport cost us about 1000 Thai Baht on Grab.

If you preffer warm welcoming , quite place,comfy beds, clean room, clean beach, good service and a please thats near to

great staff and service enhanced our stay and made it much better ( I appreciate each of Miss Poon and Kwan, Yui, Ann and Grace for their warm welcoming they made my stay wonderful and comfy 💗 ) , In addition, the beds were comfortable, view was amazing. The beach & the pool where clean and fully facilitated. About the hotel location, it takes 20 min to the old town and central mall , 50 min to Patung beach, 1 hour to the airport.

Places are little far from each other, its a normal issue in the hole island, you can solve it by using Taxi apps like Grab and Bolt , like what i did. or you can rent a car.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The breakfast and lunch delicious and varied. The Thai massage experience send us to another world! It's the perfect place for relaxation and disconnecting from a busy life!

Rooms with a Fantastic Andaman Sea View

Lovely welcome to hotel, easy check in, sea view rooms with living room space for the family next door. Private Beach with two pools next to the beach. Bar playing good music whilst sunbathing. All staff very attentive and helpful. Room with very comfortable bed and facility with beautiful early morning sunrise sea view from the bed with tall beautiful palm trees. Also the hotel had all facilities accessible by wheelchair for my aunty. Breakfast was also very good.

Not enough coffee in room, but if asked they would bring it straightaway.

Great! Can't wait to come again. Skip the breakfast buffet.

The staff was excellent. They were so kind and welcoming. The hotel has so many awesome nooks to relax and have a drink. Loved sitting by the pool and being a few steps from the beach. The activities director, forgot his name, was awesome. He remembered my partner and me each day. The lunch and dinner menus are so delicious.

The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive and was limited in selections and wasn't a good value for the money. Low tide wasn't great, but of course the hotel has no control over that.

The Resort is maintained in a excellent condition. The Hotel Manager Derek and Staff provided an excellent service and were very helpful, very courteous and pleasant. IHG should be very proud of the operation and condition of the resort provided by Derek
